- • As a Senior Product Manager on the Lifecycle Intelligence team at ServiceTitan, you will own AI-powered use cases that transform the post-sales customer experience for tens of thousands of contracting businesses, ensuring AI agents deliver measurable value from onboarding through years of platform use.
- • You will drive discovery of how AI can optimize customer usage, collaborate with engineering and data science to shape context layers and delightful experiences across channels, partner with Support and Customer Success teams to identify automation opportunities, and measure impact through rigorous evaluation of accuracy, coverage, and business outcomes.
- • ServiceTitan is the leading operating system for the trades, powering marketing, dispatch, payments, and accounting for residential, commercial, and exterior contracting businesses, with a mission to help contractors get more value from the platform and serve customers more effectively.
- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in agentic AI, eval frameworks, and data-driven product iteration while shaping scalable, intelligent customer lifecycle experiences that directly impact user success and business growth at scale.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years of Product Management experience in B2B SaaS
- • At least 2 years shipping AI/ML-powered products in production
- • Experience shipping agentic AI solutions and fluency in eval frameworks
- • Comfort with quantitative data analysis to assess customer behavior, AI agent accuracy, and business outcomes
- • Ability to communicate AI capabilities in terms of customer and business outcomes to cross-functional partners
- • Domain knowledge in support/CX, customer lifecycle, or post-sales product management (preferred but not required)
