📋 Description

  • As a Senior Product Manager for Cyber Risk Insights & AI at Comcast, you will be at the forefront of innovation within the DataBee division, a specialized unit offering cutting-edge Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) and subscription-based security solutions. This role is pivotal in shaping the future of enterprise security, focusing on cyber risk measurement, reporting, governance, and the integration of AI-driven insights and workflows. You will be instrumental in developing product experiences that empower customers to gain a comprehensive understanding of their cyber risk posture, decipher the reasons behind changes in their metrics, build trust in the data, and identify actionable remediation steps.
  • This is a high-impact position situated at the dynamic intersection of Artificial Intelligence, security intelligence, and robust governance frameworks. Your responsibilities will extend to defining and launching intuitive dashboard interfaces and streamlined workflows. You will collaborate closely with a diverse group of stakeholders, including customers, engineering teams, design experts, and go-to-market (GTM) specialists, to transform complex enterprise security data into tangible metrics and actionable insights. These insights will enable customers to make confident, risk-mitigating decisions daily, solidifying Comcast's position as a leader in cybersecurity solutions.
  • You will play a key role in defining the product vision, influencing its market introduction, and driving customer adoption. The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record of shipping Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) or adjacent enterprise cyber risk products. Experience in delivering AI-powered features into enterprise workflows is highly desirable, reflecting the evolving landscape of cybersecurity and the increasing reliance on intelligent automation.
  • Your core responsibilities will include owning a significant portion of the product roadmap, encompassing cyber risk measurement, reporting, remediation strategies, and AI-assisted insights. You will be tasked with driving customer discovery initiatives, engaging with users, sales engineers, customer success managers, and GTM teams to deeply understand customer challenges related to security data ingestion, reporting, remediation, operationalization, and adoption. These insights will be translated into clear product priorities and detailed requirements.
  • You will partner closely with design and engineering teams to deliver innovative cyber risk and AI-assisted features. The goal is to enhance time-to-value for customers, bolster confidence in the accuracy and utility of metrics and reporting, and simplify daily workflows. A critical aspect of this role involves defining the criteria for trustworthy reporting, including data quality, timeliness, lineage, policy context, logic, and configuration integrity.
  • Furthermore, you will shape the development of explainable AI experiences, enabling users to interpret complex results, identify security gaps, investigate anomalies, and initiate remediation actions directly within their enterprise workflows. You will also support product launches, demonstrations, and the creation of customer-facing materials by articulating the product's value proposition in clear, accessible language and assisting GTM teams in crafting compelling narratives.
  • Collaboration with GTM teams will ensure that product capabilities are clearly communicated, outcome-driven, and ready for demonstration. In a continuous-delivery environment, you will partner with engineering to efficiently ship enterprise-ready capabilities. Direct engagement with customers and prospects will be crucial for supporting deal cycles and driving net-new customer acquisition. Occasional travel, typically less than 25%, to customer sites and team events may be required. You will also collaborate with global teams, adapting working hours as necessary to accommodate international time zones, fostering a truly global and integrated product development approach.
  • The role demands a strong understanding of how cyber risk metrics are defined, represented, and utilized for strategic decision-making. You will translate complex security compliance or cyber risk problems into tangible product capabilities. Familiarity with security compliance and control frameworks such as NIST, CIS, or PCI is essential. You should be comfortable owning high-visibility product areas that are critical to security leaders and their teams. Experience working with diverse, often imperfect, enterprise data from a multitude of security tools is a significant advantage. A background in startup or high-growth environments, coupled with a willingness to engage directly in customer acquisition and expansion efforts, will be highly valued.
