- • Faith Technologies, Inc. (FTI) is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Product Manager to lead the strategic direction and execution of our Data Center Power Systems product portfolio. This is a pivotal role within our organization, offering a unique opportunity to shape the future of energy solutions in the rapidly growing data center market. As a Senior Product Manager, you will be at the forefront of innovation, driving growth and profitability by deeply understanding customer needs, developing a compelling product roadmap, and successfully launching new offerings. You will collaborate closely with a diverse range of internal teams, including Product Marketing, Sales, Engineering, Manufacturing, and Service, to ensure the seamless execution of product strategies and roadmaps.
- • At FTI, we pride ourselves on a 'Culture of Care,' recognizing our team members as our greatest asset. As one of the Healthiest 100 Workplaces in America, we are committed to fostering an environment that supports the mind, body, and soul of our employees. This role offers significant visibility and impact, allowing you to leverage your expertise to mentor emerging talent and elevate our product management capabilities while driving a robust product roadmap.
- • Your primary responsibility will be to lead the entire Product Development Process (PDP) from initial concept through successful market launch. This involves meticulously defining product requirements, ensuring alignment across all cross-functional teams, and adhering to timelines for on-time delivery. You will be instrumental in creating and managing comprehensive Product Requirements Documents (PRDs), clearly articulating features, technical specifications, and use cases to engineering and other key stakeholders.
- • Owning and executing the product category strategy and roadmap within FTI's overarching strategic framework will be central to your role. This requires a proactive approach to understanding the market landscape. You will conduct in-depth Voice of the Customer (VOC) research, perform thorough market analysis, and engage in competitive intelligence gathering to identify unmet market needs, anticipate emerging trends, and uncover opportunities for groundbreaking product innovation.
- • You will define clear product goals, develop robust business cases, and establish portfolio priorities for your assigned product lines. This strategic planning will guide resource allocation and focus efforts on the most impactful initiatives. Furthermore, you will manage the complete lifecycle of your products, encompassing everything from initial ideation and development to successful launch, ongoing cost optimization, and eventual end-of-life planning, ensuring maximum value realization throughout.
- • A key aspect of this role involves close partnership with our Product Marketing team. Together, you will define compelling product positioning, craft effective messaging, and develop comprehensive go-to-market launch plans for all new offerings. You will also provide critical support to the Sales organization, equipping them with the necessary training, developing strong value propositions, facilitating product demonstrations, and actively participating in customer engagements to drive sales success.
- • Continuous analysis of product performance, including margins, VOC feedback, and sales data, will be essential for refining roadmap priorities and adapting go-to-market strategies. You will closely monitor the profitability and cost structure of your product lines, collaborating proactively with engineering, operations, and supply chain teams to identify and implement strategies for margin improvement.
- • You will play a significant role in developing and refining the pricing strategy for your product category, identifying opportunities to enhance revenue and expand market share. Tracking and reporting key performance indicators (KPIs) for the product category will ensure transparency and maintain alignment across the entire business. As the designated category expert, you will serve as an internal advocate, ensuring that all product-related decisions are firmly grounded in data and customer insights.
- • This role requires you to represent the product category effectively in various internal forums, including strategic reviews, project governance meetings, and direct customer interactions. You will be expected to perform other related duties as required and assigned, contributing to the overall success of the product management function and the company. This position offers the flexibility of remote work, with up to 20% travel required nationwide to support business needs. The work schedule is generally Monday-Friday, 7 AM to 5 PM, but may require flexibility to meet business demands.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor of Science in Engineering, Technology, Business, or Marketing. MBA highly preferred.
- • 10+ years of experience in product engineering, electrical/mechanical engineering, or product management of a manufactured, physical technical product.
- • Strong technical understanding of the energy infrastructure, power, and/or data center market.
- • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams effectively.
- • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to speak, read, write, and interpret technical information clearly.
🏖️ Benefits
- • Competitive, merit-based compensation and career path development.
- • Robust and flexible benefits package, including industry-leading benefits for team members and their families.
- • Opportunities for continued education and professional development programs.
- • A supportive and collaborative work environment within a company recognized as one of the Healthiest 100 Workplaces in America.
- • Opportunities to redefine what's possible in the energy solutions sector and contribute to a sustainable future.
