• As a Senior Product Manager (Data Platform), you will be instrumental in shaping the future of our leading FHIR-based health data platform and data management solutions, which are currently deployed in over 20 countries.
• This pivotal, hands-on role requires a blend of strategic product vision and deep technical understanding to translate complex market and client needs into robust, scalable, and interoperable product capabilities.
• You will own the end-to-end product lifecycle, from initial concept and feasibility studies through to design oversight, development coordination, and successful delivery.
• Your responsibilities will encompass both internal technical product management, including architecture alignment, roadmap development, and delivery coordination, and external market product strategy, such as competitive analysis, customer feedback integration, and product positioning.
• You will act as a critical bridge between our product vision and our engineering and architecture teams, ensuring deep alignment and effective collaboration throughout the product development process.
• Drive the strategic direction and execution for our data platform, focusing on enhancing its capabilities for data liberation, structured data generation, and effective data exchange within healthcare systems.
• Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends, unmet needs, and opportunities for innovation within the health data landscape.
• Gather, synthesize, and prioritize customer feedback from diverse healthcare stakeholders, translating insights into actionable product requirements and user stories.
• Collaborate closely with engineering and architecture teams to define technical requirements, ensure architectural integrity, and guide the development of high-quality, performant, and scalable solutions.
• Develop and maintain a clear, compelling product roadmap, aligning it with company objectives, market demands, and technical feasibility.
• Oversee the product development process, providing clear direction, making critical trade-off decisions, and ensuring timely delivery of features and enhancements.
• Champion the product internally and externally, articulating its value proposition, technical advantages, and strategic importance to various audiences, including sales, marketing, clients, and partners.
• Define and track key product metrics and KPIs to measure success, identify areas for improvement, and inform future product strategy.
• Ensure that the product adheres to relevant healthcare data standards and regulations, particularly focusing on FHIR (Fast Healthcare Interoperability Resources) to ensure seamless interoperability.
• Work with UX/UI designers to ensure an intuitive and user-friendly experience for all stakeholders interacting with the data platform.
• Contribute to the go-to-market strategy for new product features and releases, working closely with marketing and sales teams.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the product team and across cross-functional departments.
• Understand the unique challenges and opportunities within the healthcare industry and how our platform can address them to bring #BetterGlobalHealth to patients.
• This role is crucial for enabling healthcare stakeholders to easily collect and exchange data, ultimately improving patient care delivery across care teams and health systems.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience as a Product Manager, with a strong focus on data platforms, APIs, or complex technical products.
• Deep understanding of healthcare data standards, particularly FHIR, and their application in real-world scenarios.
• Experience in translating complex technical requirements into product roadmaps and user stories.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
