📋 Description

• • Senior Product Manager responsible for transforming Watershed’s data layer into an AI-powered intelligence platform, enabling customers to derive actionable climate and ESG insights directly within the product without exporting to Excel.
• • Day-to-day responsibilities include owning the product roadmap for BI capabilities and AI-driven insights, shipping natural-language search and anomaly detection features, building BI-grade primitives like joins and calculated columns, designing schema catalogs for data discoverability, balancing canonical and custom schema flexibility, ensuring auditability and performance at scale, and collaborating with engineering, climate science, sales, and customer success teams to deliver impactful capabilities.
• • Watershed Technology, Inc. is an enterprise sustainability platform used by global leaders like Airbnb, FedEx, and Visa to manage climate data, produce audit-ready ESG reporting (including CSRD), and drive decarbonization.
