📋 Description
- • As a Senior Product Manager for the Decision Engine at Taktile Technologies Inc., you will own the strategy and long-term success of a critical pillar of the platform that powers automated decisions in financial services, including lending, fraud prevention, and anti-money laundering.
- • You will build deep customer insights, translate them into product requirements, define a long-term vision, prioritize the roadmap, and balance innovation with high reliability while tracking performance through metrics and user feedback.
- • You will work closely with engineering and design teams in a flat hierarchy, collaborating directly with founders and mentors to shape data-driven workflow authoring in an agent-first world.

🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years of experience in Product Management, preferably with financial services and B2B SaaS background
- • Familiarity with data-oriented, highly technical products and a strong appetite to deepen technical understanding; experience with high-availability systems is a plus
- • Basic SQL proficiency strongly preferred; aptitude for using data to inform decision-making
