- ⢠Own the Demand domain at WeTravel, responsible for attracting, capturing, and converting leads for multi-day travel businesses using the platform.
- ⢠Lead the productization of three core services into scalable, revenue-driving products: Websites Program (enabling any organizer to launch high-converting landing pages), Blogs and Content Tooling (AI-assisted, SEO/AEO-optimized content creation), and Managed Ads/Social (productizing the marketing teamâs current ad services into a self-serve offering).
- ⢠Design and expand lead capture tools that organizers can embed on their own sites, including contact forms, brochure downloads, trip widgets, and âbook nowâ buttons.
- ⢠Build and own campaign tooling for bulk email campaigns, segmentation, automated sequences, and lead nurturing workflows triggered by user actions like brochure downloads.
- ⢠Develop acquisition analytics and attribution systems that provide organizers with clear insights into channel performance and ROI across digital touchpoints.
- ⢠Shape the future of multi-channel campaign management by introducing integrated tools for email, SMS, and WhatsApp, complete with message templates and closed-loop attribution to conversion.
- ⢠Collaborate directly with the CEO, marketing leadership, and the Sites/Ops team to align product strategy with business outcomes and revenue goals.
- ⢠Work alongside Lifecycle and Itinerary PMs to ensure cohesive customer journey design across the platform.
- ⢠Prioritize features and hypotheses based on deep understanding of organizer pain points, using data, user feedback, and experimentation to guide decisionsâeven without perfect information.
- ⢠Drive end-to-end product delivery from ideation to launch, including cross-functional coordination with engineering, design, marketing, and sales/ops teams.
- ⢠Be accountable for commercial outcomes, including revenue growth and unit economics, not just feature completion or technical delivery.
- ⢠Conduct user research by engaging directly with WeTravelâs global network of travel organizers to uncover unmet needs and validate product assumptions.
- ⢠Rapidly iterate on shipped products through A/B testing, user adoption metrics, and feedback loops to optimize conversion rates and retention.
- ⢠Focus on building new products from scratch rather than maintaining existing ones, with emphasis on AI-driven acquisition, website builders, and automated marketing workflows.
- ⢠Contribute to a culture of low-ego innovation alongside 90+ colleagues in the Amsterdam office, known for its agility and global diversity.
- ⢠Translate the passion of travel organizersâcreators of bucket-list experiencesâinto product decisions that empower their growth and success.
đŻ Requirements
- ⢠7+ years in product management with 2â3 years focused on growth, acquisition, marketing tech, or CRM/lifecycle-adjacent products
- ⢠Proven track record of productizing services or scaling pilot programs into scalable, revenue-generating products
- ⢠Accountability for commercial outcomes (e.g., revenue, conversion) rather than just features shipped
- ⢠Experience shipping at least one of: website builder, lead capture/form tools, email campaign systems, ads/marketing tooling, or similar acquisition surfaces
- ⢠Strong cross-functional leadership skills working with engineering, design, marketing, and ops teams
- ⢠Growth and experimentation mindset with ability to make decisions and ship without perfect data
