• • This pivotal role seeks a Senior/Principal Product Manager to spearhead the strategy, development, and evolution of our Doctor-Facing Design Interface. This is a technically demanding and high-impact position, critically focused on creating a seamless, high-fidelity user experience that bridges the gap between our sophisticated internal CAD software and the needs of dental professionals. You will be instrumental in conceptualizing and building the interface that empowers dentists to interact with advanced 3D design previews, engage in live design reviews, and eventually leverage real-time AI-driven crown generation directly at the chairside. Your work will define the future of collaborative CAD in dentistry.
• • Product development at Dandy is a deeply collaborative and impactful function. As the Senior/Principal Product Manager, you will serve as the essential connective tissue, fostering synergy between Design, Engineering, Operations, and Business Leadership to drive both strategic vision and meticulous execution. Your responsibilities will encompass defining the overarching product vision for our doctor-facing design product, strategically evolving our proprietary internal design software into an intuitive and user-friendly interface tailored for dental professionals. This involves a deep understanding of the intricate workflows of our internal design workforce to identify key 'levers' within the CAD process—such as anatomy, margins, occlusion, and shade—that should be exposed to doctors for their influence and control.
• • You will act as the crucial link between CAD Engineering, Machine Learning teams, UX Design, and Manufacturing, ensuring absolute fidelity between the digital design presented to the doctor and the final physical product that is manufactured. This requires a keen eye for detail and a commitment to seamless integration across all stages of the product lifecycle. Furthermore, you will be responsible for conducting comprehensive customer discovery initiatives, in-depth market research, and thorough competitive analysis to rigorously inform roadmap decisions and proactively identify opportunities for groundbreaking innovation. You will manage the entire product lifecycle, from initial ideation and concept development through to successful launch and continuous iteration, operating within a highly agile and collaborative development environment. A key aspect of this role involves leveraging both quantitative data and qualitative user insights to meticulously measure product impact, effectively communicate key results to stakeholders, and continuously refine the product's strategic direction based on real-world performance and user feedback.
