  • • As a Senior Product Manager, Digital Assessment Partner Integration at College Board, you will be a pivotal strategic leader within the Digital Product team, driving the evolution of our digital assessment experiences in an increasingly AI-shaped educational landscape.
  • • Your core mission will be to define and execute the strategy and roadmap for integrating partner institutions' local technology ecosystems, including Single Sign-On (SSO), Student Information Systems (SIS), and Learning Management Systems (LMS), with College Board’s robust digital assessment platform.
  • • This role demands a strategic, outcome-driven mindset, with a strong ability to navigate complexity, embrace iterative development, and base all decisions on solid evidence.
  • • You will be instrumental in building new products and reimagining existing ones to meet the emerging needs of digital assessments in an AI-enabled world, ensuring our offerings remain secure, meaningful, and relevant.
  • • You will guide multiple product and engineering teams through iterative development cycles, focusing on delivering secure, scalable identity interoperability and reliable data synchronization to ensure seamless onboarding and sustained success for our partners.
  • • A key initial responsibility will be leading an integration pilot from its conceptualization through to successful launch, leveraging insights from early adopters to refine the product and prepare it for widespread adoption.
  • • Your purview extends beyond the user-facing onboarding experience to encompass the underlying infrastructure, data architecture, identity data quality, and service reliability that power these critical integrations.
  • • This position requires significant technical fluency and astute product judgment, ideally honed through experience building and operating SaaS platforms or working within EdTech environments that frequently integrate with SIS and similar enterprise systems.
  • • You will foster close collaboration with engineering, security, and partner-facing teams to architect and deliver solutions that are not only secure and scalable but also strengthen the overall College Board digital assessment ecosystem and demonstrably improve outcomes for students, educators, and institutions.
  • • **Define and Drive Product Strategy and Vision (50%):**
  • • Establish a clear, compelling product strategy for your domain within the digital assessment platform, ensuring it delivers measurable improvements for students and educators while remaining tightly aligned with College Board’s overarching strategic objectives.
  • • Develop and meticulously maintain a product roadmap that effectively translates the strategic vision into a prioritized sequence of actions, balancing immediate improvements with essential long-term investments.
  • • Proactively identify and prioritize opportunities derived from thorough research, market analysis, and user insights, guaranteeing that the roadmap consistently delivers the highest-value outcomes aligned with user needs and emerging market trends.
  • • Actively seek and integrate opportunities to leverage Artificial Intelligence (AI) within product designs to streamline workflows, enhance operational efficiency, and elevate the user experience, making interactions with the platform more intuitive and seamless.
  • • Foster strong alignment among cross-functional teams and key stakeholders around the product roadmap, ensuring cohesive execution and maximizing the impact of prioritized initiatives.
  • • **Lead Iterative Product Development (30%):**
  • • Collaborate closely with designers and fellow product managers to conceptualize and develop early-stage prototypes and user flows, enabling thorough testing and refinement before committing significant development resources.
  • • Spearhead discovery experiments and rapid learning cycles directly with end-users, validating insights from early prototypes and pilot programs to ensure all product decisions are grounded in empirical evidence before scaling.
  • • Translate validated user insights into clear, actionable hypotheses and iterative experiments, empowering product teams to consistently build capabilities that address the most critical user and market needs.
  • • Drive roadmap execution through a continuous learning loop, rigorous prioritization based on impact, and sustained cross-team alignment, ensuring the timely delivery of high-impact features and desired outcomes.
  • • Guarantee that each product release demonstrably advances usability, scalability, and security, evidenced by measurable gains in performance and user satisfaction through data-driven iteration.
  • • Maintain a robust continuous improvement cycle by leveraging analytics and user feedback, ensuring that all roadmap updates are informed by evidence rather than assumptions.
  • • **Communicate Value and Progress to Leadership (20%):**
  • • Provide clear, outcome-focused updates to both internal and external audiences, effectively communicating measurable impact, sharing key insights, and demonstrating how roadmap delivery contributes to College Board’s strategic goals.
  • • Engage directly and proactively with external users, partners, and institutions to articulate the product vision, solicit valuable feedback, and build consensus on future priorities.
  • • Cultivate confidence among leadership, partners, end-users, and stakeholders by clearly connecting product decisions to tangible results and long-term strategic impact.
  • • Serve as a critical thought partner regarding the opportunities and challenges presented by AI in education, ensuring College Board remains at the forefront of innovation that enhances efficiency and user experience.
  • • **What Success Looks Like:**
  • • Success is defined by the establishment and achievement of clear, measurable outcomes across multiple product components, leading to significant improvements in key metrics such as adoption rates, usability, and platform reliability.
  • • Product decisions will consistently be rooted in evidence derived from user insights, comprehensive data analysis, and rigorous experimentation, including prototypes and pilot programs.
  • • Delivered solutions will demonstrably enhance educator efficiency, improve student usability, and increase overall reliability and security of the assessment platform.
  • • Leadership will perceive you as a trusted, influential thought partner who shapes both product direction and broader organizational strategy.
  • • The digital assessment experience will continue to show measurable gains in user trust, engagement, and institutional value, reinforcing College Board’s leadership in secure, AI-aware innovation.
