- • As a Senior Product Manager for DriveShield at Jerry Technologies Inc., you will own a critical behavior-change product that transforms how millions of drivers engage with their driving data to build safer habits and reduce risk—turning a passive feature into a daily habit that delivers real-world impact.
- • You will drive the end-to-end product lifecycle for DriveShield, from defining the user journey from first trip to sustained engagement, to improving core experiences like trip tracking, driving scores, rewards, and safety guidance, and exploring next-generation capabilities such as crash detection, AI personalization, and partner integrations.
- • You will join a high-caliber, talent-dense product team drawn from leaders at Nvidia, LinkedIn, DoorDash, Amazon, Klarna, and Lemonade, working in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment where Jerry.ai has scaled to 5M customers, grown revenue 60X in five years, and raised $240M to build the first super app for car ownership.
- • You will develop deep expertise in behavioral product design, data-informed experimentation, and cross-functional leadership—learning how to turn ambiguous user signals into conviction, build trust in sensitive domains like mobility and safety, and ship impactful features that improve real-world outcomes through habit formation and engagement loops.
🎯 Requirements
- • Consumer product experience across mobile or web platforms
- • Proven track record in engagement, retention, personalization, lifecycle, rewards, or habit formation
- • Strong collaboration skills with Design, Engineering, Data, Research, and Growth teams
- • Comfort with funnel analysis, A/B experimentation, and interpreting ambiguous user behavior
- • Experience in trust-sensitive domains such as mobility, insurance, fintech, marketplaces, safety, health, or personal finance
- • Startup or fast-paced 0 to 1 product experience is a plus
