📋 Description

• As a Senior Product Manager for DriveShield at Jerry Technologies Inc., you will own the mission to transform a useful driving safety feature into a daily habit for millions of drivers, directly impacting user engagement, retention, and trust in a product designed to make car ownership safer and less stressful.
• Day to day, you will lead product strategy and execution for DriveShield by defining the user journey from first trip to sustained behavior change, improving core experiences like trip tracking, driving scores, and rewards, building engagement loops through personalized insights and habit mechanics, and exploring future capabilities such as crash detection and AI-powered personalization using data, research, and experimentation.
• You will join a talent-dense product team at Jerry.ai, a fast-growing consumer technology company backed by $240M in funding, serving 5M customers, and composed of alumni from top companies like Nvidia, LinkedIn, DoorDash, Amazon, Klarna, and Lemonade, all working to build the first super app for car ownership.
• In this role, you will deepen your expertise in consumer product strategy, behavioral design, data-informed decision making, and cross-functional leadership while driving measurable impact on adoption, retention, and trust—helping shape a product that could redefine how millions interact with their vehicles every day.

🎯 Requirements

• Consumer product experience across mobile or web platforms
• Proven track record in engagement, retention, personalization, lifecycle, rewards, or habit formation
• Strong collaboration skills with Design, Engineering, Data, and Research teams
• Comfort with funnel analysis, A/B testing, and interpreting ambiguous user behavior
• Experience in trust-sensitive domains such as mobility, insurance, fintech, marketplaces, safety, health, or personal finance
• Startup or fast-paced 0 to 1 product experience is a plus
