- • As a Senior Product Manager for Emerging Products at Jerry.ai, you will be at the forefront of innovation, tasked with owning and shaping the future of auto repair and maintenance through our groundbreaking GarageGuard product.
- • This role is for a curious, data-driven product leader with profound customer empathy and a keen eye for UI/UX design, ready to make a significant impact on a critical aspect of our mission to radically simplify car ownership.
- • You will join a company that has already demonstrated substantial momentum, achieving over 5 million users and becoming the #1 rated and most downloaded app in its category, with ambitious plans for 10x expansion in the coming years.
- • Your primary focus will be to bring consumer-grade clarity, trust, and guidance to the often-anxiety-inducing moments of car ownership, such as when an engine light illuminates, unusual noises arise, or routine maintenance is due.
- • You will be instrumental in defining and enhancing the end-to-end user experience within GarageGuard, encompassing features like vehicle diagnostics, recall and maintenance alerts, shop discovery and selection, repair cost estimation, car valuation, and the management of a digital vehicle glovebox.
- • This role demands close collaboration with a talented team of product managers, engineers, data scientists, and design researchers to tackle complex, tangible problems and build features that deliver genuine value and impact.
- • You will have a direct and substantial influence on how millions of drivers perceive and manage the care of their vehicles, playing a pivotal role in Jerry.ai's trajectory towards becoming a $10 billion business.
- • Your core objective will be to drive measurable improvements in user engagement and onboarding across GarageGuard's key offerings by creating seamless, intuitive, and polished user experiences.

- • You will meticulously map out complete user journeys, from the initial identification of a car symptom to the successful booking of a repair shop, identifying and addressing all points of user confusion, anxiety, or potential drop-off.
- • This position requires a proactive approach to user research, encompassing both qualitative and quantitative methods, rapid prototyping in collaboration with the Design team, and the translation of research findings into elegant, shippable product solutions.
- • You will be responsible for validating product changes through rigorous A/B testing and usability studies, ensuring that decisions are data-informed and user-centric.
- • You will champion and uphold a high standard for user experience quality, focusing on clarity, speed, and consistency, and will partner closely with Engineering and Design to instrument, monitor, and iterate on product performance.
- • You will contribute to the strategic roadmap for GarageGuard, aligning product initiatives with broader company goals and market opportunities.
- • You will act as a subject matter expert for auto repair and maintenance, translating complex industry processes into simple, user-friendly digital experiences.
