📋 Description

• • As a Senior Product Manager for End-User Flow Client at Veriff, you will be instrumental in shaping the most customer-facing aspect of our identity verification platform. This role places you at the critical nexus of enterprise growth and platform scalability, where your strategic vision will directly impact user experience and business expansion.
• • You will be responsible for co-owning the end-user journey, a highly visible and crucial component of Veriff's product offering. Your primary mission will be to expertly balance immediate, bespoke requests from our top-tier clients with the long-term objective of developing a robust, modular, and scalable platform.
• • A key aspect of your role will involve transforming one-off customer customizations into reusable, horizontal capabilities. This strategic approach ensures that each user flow remains coherent, performs optimally, and is easily adaptable for future enhancements and broader adoption.
• • You will own the implementation of SDKs for our End-User flows, managing customizations for Tier 1 customers, enabling vertical-specific solutions, and addressing requests from portfolio teams. This requires a deep understanding of both client needs and platform capabilities.
• • Acting as the primary point of contact for Portfolio PMs and Product Leaders, you will be responsible for strategic prioritization. This involves aligning the unique requirements of our various verticals and high-value customers with Veriff’s overarching revenue objectives and the strategic product roadmap.
• • You will foster strong Enterprise Partnerships, collaborating closely with our largest global clients to deeply understand their specific flow requirements. This insight will be translated into actionable product specifications and development plans.
• • Your role will be pivotal in navigating the delicate balance between customization and scalability. You will support Vertical Managers in identifying industry-wide trends and signals, leveraging these to build horizontal platform features in collaboration with the Platform team. A critical part of this is making informed decisions on when to implement a bespoke solution for a specific client versus investing in a scalable platform capability that benefits multiple customers.
• • You will drive Optimization and Growth by introducing and embedding systematic A/B testing methodologies within the user journey. The goal is to continuously improve conversion rates and enhance the overall user experience across all customized flows, ensuring data-driven decision-making is at the forefront.
• • Maintaining Flow Coherence is paramount. You will act as a guardian of the Veriff user experience, ensuring that despite extensive customization, the product remains intuitive, compliant with regulations, and technically sound, upholding Veriff's reputation for trust and reliability.
• • As a Cross-Functional Leader, you will guide a dedicated squad of engineers and designers. You will foster a collaborative environment that champions data-driven decision-making, encourages rapid iteration, and promotes a shared understanding of product goals and user needs.
