- • Senior Product Manager - Enterprise at Sp0n, Inc. (Citizen) is a foundational leadership role responsible for shaping the strategy and roadmap of Citizen’s enterprise platform, enabling organizations to monitor, understand, and respond to real-world safety events through AI-driven tools and real-time data. This role is critical as Citizen expands into the enterprise market, where demand for integrated safety and security solutions is growing rapidly among corporate security teams, campuses, cities, and large institutions.
- • The person in this role will own the enterprise product strategy and roadmap, define the long-term vision for Citizen’s enterprise safety platform, identify high-impact opportunities at the intersection of public safety, enterprise security, AI, and real-time data, develop deep expertise in enterprise operational workflows, partner with Engineering and Data Science to build AI-enabled capabilities for monitoring and incident triage, collaborate with Sales and enterprise customers to incorporate real-world insights, guide cross-functional teams (Engineering, Data Science, Design, Operations) from concept to launch, and evaluate strategic partnerships and integrations to expand the enterprise safety ecosystem.

- • In this role, the individual will develop strategic leadership skills in B2B product management, gain deep expertise in AI-enabled safety technologies and enterprise workflows, influence executive decision-making, shape a new product line with significant market potential, and grow their ability to navigate complex organizational dynamics while delivering measurable impact on how institutions manage safety and security.
🎯 Requirements
- • 6–10 years of product management experience
- • Experience owning strategy or roadmap for enterprise or B2B software products
- • Track record of shipping products that serve complex organizational workflows
- • Strong product judgment and ability to operate in ambiguous environments
- • Experience working closely with engineers and data scientists on technically complex products
- • Familiarity with AI-enabled products such as LLM-driven applications, automation systems, or applied machine learning
- • Understanding of enterprise requirements including reliability, data privacy, and scalability
- • Comfort engaging with enterprise customers and supporting complex deal cycles
- • Strong communication skills and ability to influence executive leadership
