- • As a Senior Product Manager for Enterprise at n8n GmbH, you will empower enterprise users to treat automation as software by enabling them to develop, deploy, and scale mission-critical workflows with confidence, directly impacting how technical teams operate at scale.
- • You will own product strategy and execution for n8n’s Enterprise team, focusing on workflow lifecycle management, enterprise developer experience, production operations and observability, and product discovery through cross-functional leadership with engineering, design, sales, and customer success.
- • n8n is a Berlin-based, remote-first open workflow orchestration platform with over 260 team members across Europe and the US, backed by top investors and a $5.2bn valuation, known for its 650K+ active developers and 190K+ GitHub stars.
- • In this role, you will shape how engineering teams manage automation like software, gain deep influence over enterprise-grade product direction, and grow your expertise in technical product management within a high-autonomy, mission-driven environment.
🎯 Requirements
- • Proven product management experience shipping complex technical products in enterprise environments
- • Strong developer empathy with understanding of how engineering teams build, test, version, deploy, and operate software in production
- • Ability to thrive in ambiguity by bringing structure to fuzzy technical problems and prioritizing effectively
- • Exceptional product sense to anticipate edge cases, second-order effects, and enterprise reliability needs
- • Ownership and bias for action — fixing issues, shipping, learning, and iterating rather than over-planning
- • Influence without authority to align engineering, design, sales, solutions engineering, customer success, and docs through clarity and trust
- • Technical product judgment to make tradeoffs across usability, scalability, security, reliability, and implementation complexity
