We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Product Manager to spearhead the ongoing development and widespread adoption of this groundbreaking enterprise solution.
• • As a Senior Product Manager, you will be instrumental in shaping the strategic direction and execution of our Enterprise product. Your primary focus, approximately 70% of your time, will be dedicated to Technical Product Management. This involves translating a compelling product vision into a meticulously crafted, actionable roadmap. You will be the custodian of the product narrative, ensuring it is communicated with clarity and impact across all organizational levels. A key aspect of this role is engaging deeply with our engineering teams, participating in technical discussions, understanding the implications of engineering decisions, and ensuring that all engineering efforts are precisely aligned with overarching product goals. You will lead project execution with a proactive approach, anticipating and resolving potential roadblocks, orchestrating the collaborative efforts of your teammates, and maintaining transparent communication regarding goals and progress throughout the organization. Furthermore, you will be responsible for identifying new product opportunities, meticulously translating these into clear, achievable milestones and well-defined artifacts that directly support and advance our core business objectives.
• • The remaining 30% of your role will be dedicated to Discovery & Research, a critical component for staying ahead in the rapidly evolving financial technology landscape. You will actively support continuous discovery habits, immersing yourself in market and customer research to uncover unmet needs and emerging opportunities. Staying abreast of regulatory changes and market news is paramount, allowing you to identify key trends that could shape our product strategy. You will conduct in-depth customer discovery workshops, meticulously documenting your findings and translating these valuable insights into actionable signals. This research will help identify critical gaps in our current product roadmap, guiding future development. You will drive the definition of product requirements, produce comprehensive product documentation, and own the entire workstream, fostering close collaboration with our Engineering, Design, Business, and Marketing teams to ensure a cohesive and successful product launch and iteration. Crucially, you will gather both qualitative and quantitative data to rigorously support or challenge product assumptions and feature requests, ensuring our development is data-driven and customer-centric.
