• • As a Senior Product Manager - Enterprise AI at Twilio, you will lead product strategy and execution for AI-powered solutions across Finance, Legal, and HR corporate functions, driving measurable business impact through intelligent automation and agentic systems.
• • Day to day, you will define and execute the product roadmap for Enterprise AI use cases, build AI-powered tools for financial operations (invoice processing, expense management, financial reporting), legal tech (contract review, compliance tracking, legal research), and HR (recruiting assistance, onboarding automation, employee self-service), while integrating with systems like Workday, NetSuite, DocuSign, and HRIS platforms.
• • You will work within Twilio’s Enterprise AI team, collaborating with engineering, data science, AI/ML, and corporate function leaders to unify AI capabilities across GTM and non-GTM functions, leveraging a scalable platform to transform how Twilio’s internal teams operate.
• • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in enterprise AI, agentic architectures, and cross-functional product leadership, gaining experience in scaling AI solutions across complex corporate workflows while driving adoption, measuring impact, and shaping the future of work at a global communications leader.
