• • As a Senior Product Manager for Enterprise Apps at Coinbase, you will be instrumental in shaping the future of our internal collaboration and risk management tools, driving efficiency and innovation across the organization.
• • You will own the strategic and tactical roadmap for the Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) function, as well as for policy and compliance teams' utilization of our key platforms, ensuring alignment with Coinbase's overarching strategic priorities and mission to increase economic freedom.
• • Your role will involve translating multi-year strategies into actionable plans by meticulously defining problem statements, identifying target outcomes, and creating a prioritized backlog of capabilities, features, and technologies, all underpinned by clear Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Objectives and Key Results (OKRs).
• • You will lead the end-to-end product delivery lifecycle, encompassing discovery, scoping, and agile execution, while proactively managing risks, dependencies, and timelines to ensure successful and timely delivery.
• • A critical aspect of your role will be driving adoption of these platforms through comprehensive change management strategies, effective enablement programs, and targeted training initiatives.
• • You will establish robust governance frameworks and communication cadences to define, manage, and disseminate the product roadmap, facilitating regular stakeholder reviews and providing executive-ready updates on progress, potential risks, and key decisions.
• • A significant focus will be placed on elevating the quality and effectiveness of our platforms by driving standardization, enhancing interoperability, ensuring data integrity, and embedding critical controls across ERM and compliance workflows, thereby guaranteeing scalability, reliability, and auditability.
• • You will serve as a key thought partner to senior leadership on ERM and compliance platform strategy, leveraging your expertise and external market perspectives to inform strategic decisions and champion best practices.
• • This role demands a deep understanding of how to maximize collaboration efficiency, particularly with GRC platforms like Archer and Workiva, by driving smarter, async-first communication and reducing unnecessary noise and toil.
• • You will explore and leverage AI capabilities to intelligently connect conversations with relevant work artifacts, enhancing the overall productivity and effectiveness of our teams.
• • The objective is to shift low-value communication to durable, high-value collaboration, thereby improving the signal-to-noise ratio, increasing focus time for employees, and boosting execution velocity across the organization.
• • You will be responsible for defining and championing the GRC platform's North Star vision, making informed, long-term strategic decisions that are in lockstep with company goals and industry best practices.
