📋 Description

• As a Senior Product Manager on Fivetran’s Enterprise Platform team, you will shape the foundational infrastructure that enables thousands of enterprise customers to securely, scalably, and confidently use Fivetran’s data movement platform—ensuring data arrives in warehouses ready to query, transform, and power AI-driven insights without engineering overhead.
• You will define and drive the vision, strategy, and roadmap for enterprise-grade platform capabilities including security and governance (SSO, RBAC, audit logging), user and workspace configuration, observability tooling, and extensibility features—balancing self-service usability with the rigorous demands of Fortune 500 and high-growth tech customers.
• Day to day, you will partner closely with engineering, design, sales, solutions engineering, and support teams to translate customer feedback and usage data into prioritized features, write detailed product specifications, lead sprint planning, and ensure go-to-market readiness for major launches.
• You will engage directly with enterprise customers through interviews, workshops, and feedback loops to deeply understand their workflows, pain points, and compliance needs—turning insights into intuitive, reliable platform functionality that reduces friction and increases adoption.
• You will stay ahead of emerging trends in developer platforms, data infrastructure (ELT/ETL, dbt, Airflow, Dagster), and AI-first tooling, identifying opportunities to extend Fivetran’s platform to support next-generation intelligent business workflows.
• You will drive cross-functional alignment across product, engineering, GTM, and customer success teams to ensure seamless delivery, clear communication, and successful adoption of complex platform initiatives—acting as the connective tissue between technical execution and business impact.

• In this role, you will develop deep expertise in enterprise SaaS platform strategy, technical product leadership, and data infrastructure trends—positioning yourself as a leader in shaping how the world’s most data-driven organizations manage, govern, and scale their data stacks at enterprise scale.

🎯 Requirements

• Product management experience in B2B SaaS or cloud platforms, with a proven ability to own complex initiatives and deliver high-impact outcomes for technical users.
• Strong technical foundation—comfortable working with APIs, backend systems, developer tools, security platforms, or infrastructure-as-code concepts.
• Exceptional collaboration and communication skills, with experience aligning product, engineering, and go-to-market teams around ambiguous, fast-moving priorities.
• Analytical mindset and ability to synthesize customer feedback, usage data, and market trends into clear product decisions amid uncertainty.
• Familiarity with modern data infrastructure and tooling (e.g., ELT/ETL, dbt, Airflow, Dagster, Snowflake, Databricks) is a strong plus.
• Experience with enterprise security and compliance standards (SSO, RBAC, audit logging, SOC2, ISO 27001) is highly desirable.
