📋 Description

• Binance is seeking a highly experienced and strategic Senior Product Manager to spearhead the development and evolution of our Equities Trading platform. This pivotal role sits at the intersection of cutting-edge financial technology and the rapidly expanding digital asset landscape, offering a unique opportunity to shape the future of trading for millions of users globally.
• As a Senior Product Manager, you will be instrumental in defining the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for our equities trading offerings. You will deeply understand market dynamics, user needs, and competitive landscapes to identify opportunities for innovation and growth. Your responsibilities will span the entire product lifecycle, from ideation and conceptualization through to launch, iteration, and ongoing optimization.
• You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, legal, compliance, and operations, to translate product strategy into tangible features and experiences. This involves conducting thorough market research, analyzing user feedback, and leveraging data analytics to inform product decisions and prioritize development efforts.
• A key aspect of this role is to drive the product roadmap for equities trading, ensuring alignment with Binance's overarching business objectives and commitment to providing a secure, efficient, and user-friendly trading environment. You will be responsible for defining detailed product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria, working hand-in-hand with engineering teams to ensure successful and timely delivery.
• You will play a critical role in understanding and navigating the complex regulatory and compliance requirements inherent in financial trading, ensuring our products meet all necessary standards and provide a trustworthy experience for our users. This includes working with legal and compliance teams to integrate necessary controls and processes.
• Furthermore, you will be responsible for defining and tracking key product metrics, analyzing performance, and identifying areas for improvement. This data-driven approach will be essential for making informed decisions and demonstrating the value and impact of your product initiatives.
• You will act as a product evangelist, communicating the product vision and strategy to internal stakeholders and external partners. This includes presenting product plans, roadmaps, and performance updates to senior leadership.
• The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of financial markets, particularly equities trading, and have a proven track record of successfully launching and managing complex financial products. Experience with digital assets and blockchain technology is highly desirable, given Binance's core business.
• This role demands exceptional leadership, communication, and analytical skills, coupled with a passion for innovation in the fintech space. 🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 5-7 years of product management experience, with a significant focus on financial trading platforms, preferably in equities.
• Proven track record of successfully launching and managing complex financial products from ideation to market.
• Deep understanding of financial markets, trading mechanics, order types, and regulatory landscapes relevant to equities trading.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable product strategies.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Computer Science, Business, or a related field. Master's degree or MBA is a plus.
• Experience working in agile development environments.
• Familiarity with blockchain technology and digital assets is a strong advantage.
