- • As a Senior Product Manager for Equity at Deel, you will own the execution and evolution of a strategically important product within the Core Data organisation, translating complex equity concepts into scalable solutions that power one of Deel’s fastest-growing revenue lines at the intersection of fintech, payroll, HR, and compliance.
- • You will drive the day-to-day execution of the Equity product by owning roadmap delivery focused on AI, automation, scalability, and global compliance; partnering with distributed engineering teams across EMEA and APAC to ship high-impact features; defining how Deel ingests and models equity data from external platforms like Carta, Shareworks, and Fidelity; building and improving workflows around key equity events such as vesting, reporting, and compliance handling; identifying opportunities to reduce manual processes; supporting expansion into new geographies and worker types; contributing to integration with total compensation and rewards; communicating progress and trade-offs clearly to stakeholders; and operating in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment where speed and execution are critical.
- • You will join a globally distributed team of 7,000+ across 100+ countries speaking 74 languages, within the fastest-growing SaaS company in history, backed by a $17.3 billion valuation and $1B ARR in just over five years, where your work will directly impact how companies attract, retain, and reward talent worldwide through a seamless global equity platform.

🎯 Requirements
- • 3–5+ years of experience in Product Management with strong execution skills and the ability to deliver quickly in a fast-moving environment
- • Experience working in fintech, payroll, compliance, or other complex regulated domains (highly preferred)
- • Solid understanding of financial concepts or the ability to ramp quickly on equity and compensation structures
- • Experience working cross-functionally with engineering and non-technical stakeholders
- • Comfortable operating in ambiguity and owning a product area end-to-end
- • Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify complex topics
- • Experience working in distributed, global teams
