- • **Key Responsibilities:**
- • Lead proactive prospecting and headhunting initiatives, focusing not only on identifying top talent but also on nurturing early-stage relationships and cultivating long-term candidate pipelines.
- • Source candidates from a wide array of diverse channels, meticulously screening resumes and applications to maintain a high standard of quality.
- • Take ownership of role coordination, extending beyond simple scheduling (much of which is automated) to actively monitor progress, identify blockers, and ensure successful outcomes for each recruitment process.
- • Conduct thorough interviews and manage multiple rounds of assessments to evaluate candidate suitability.
- • Collaborate closely with hiring managers to establish clear role expectations, gather essential feedback, and adhere to agreed-upon hiring timelines.
- • Maintain clear and consistent communication with management and team members, providing regular and insightful status updates on recruitment activities.
- • Be prepared to take on additional responsibilities and contribute to various projects as required within our fast-moving startup environment, demonstrating adaptability and a willingness to grow.
- • Contribute to the continuous improvement of our recruitment processes, identifying opportunities for optimization and innovation.
- • Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the entire recruitment lifecycle, acting as a brand ambassador for Fresh Prints.
- • Support the development and implementation of new recruitment strategies and tools to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- • Assist in building and maintaining a strong employer brand that attracts top talent.
- • Participate in team meetings and contribute to a collaborative and supportive work environment.
