  • • As a Salesforce Solution Architect specializing in Federal Delivery, you will be instrumental in shaping and executing complex Salesforce Public Sector solutions, with a core focus on Service Cloud and Experience Cloud. This pivotal leadership role demands a unique blend of deep technical expertise, strategic foresight, and a profound understanding of the stringent security and compliance frameworks inherent in cleared Federal environments.
  • • You will act as the primary technical liaison between our Federal clients and the Thunder team, meticulously translating their mission-critical requirements into robust, scalable, and secure Salesforce architectures. Your ability to bridge the gap between complex governmental needs and innovative technological solutions will be paramount to our success.
  • • A key responsibility involves leading the end-to-end design and implementation of Salesforce Service Cloud and Public Sector solutions. This includes ensuring that every architectural decision directly supports and aligns with the client's overarching mission objectives, driving tangible value and operational efficiency.
  • • You will be responsible for developing comprehensive high-level solution architectures and detailed design documents. These artifacts must not only meet functional requirements but also rigorously adhere to Federal standards, security protocols, and compliance mandates, ensuring a secure and reliable platform.
  • • Engaging directly with cleared Federal stakeholders, you will facilitate in-depth technical discovery sessions. Your role is to deeply understand their challenges, articulate technical possibilities, and strategically align Salesforce solutions with their evolving business strategies and long-term goals.
  • • Collaboration is key. You will partner closely with Technical Architects to champion and enforce Salesforce best practices, industry standards, and critical Federal compliance requirements across all Salesforce environments you oversee. This ensures consistency, quality, and security.
  • • You will provide essential mentorship and technical leadership to development teams, Business Analysts (BAs), and QA resources. Your guidance will be crucial in ensuring the technical integrity and successful execution of the program, fostering a high-performing and cohesive team.
  • • Proactively identifying and mitigating potential technical risks is a vital aspect of this role. You will also collaborate with sales and business development teams, providing accurate effort estimations for Federal bids, contributing to the strategic growth of our Federal practice.
  • • Staying at the forefront of Salesforce innovation is non-negotiable. You will continuously research and integrate the latest Salesforce trends, including Government Cloud Plus, advanced Service Cloud features, and emerging technologies like Agentforce and Salesforce AI capabilities. This ensures our Federal clients benefit from cutting-edge, secure, and efficient solutions, including architecting autonomous agents and generative AI within secure Government Cloud Plus environments.
  • • Your deep knowledge of the Salesforce ecosystem, encompassing advanced configuration, customization, and business process modeling, will be leveraged to design solutions that are not only technically sound but also business-transformative.
  • • Exceptional stakeholder management and executive-level presentation skills are required to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences, build consensus, and drive decision-making at the highest levels.
  • • You will demonstrate strong strategic planning, governance, and organizational skills, essential for managing complex, multi-faceted programs within the demanding cleared delivery environments characteristic of Federal projects.
  • • The ability to lead cross-functional teams effectively and navigate the intricacies of managing complex programs in secure, cleared environments is a hallmark of this role.
  • • This position requires US Citizenship due to the nature of the Federal projects and security clearances involved.
  • • A Bachelor's degree is a foundational requirement for this role, providing the academic grounding for the technical and strategic responsibilities.
  • • While not mandatory, possessing preferred certifications such as Administrator, Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder, Sales Cloud Consultant, and Service Cloud Consultant will significantly enhance your candidacy, demonstrating a validated depth of Salesforce expertise.
