Full Job Description
đź“‹ Description
- • The GTM Technology Manager is the single accountable, hands-on owner of the CPQ and Order-to-Cash product and process ecosystem, responsible for configuring, building, and shipping CPQ solutions while defining integration requirements and designing OTC workflows end-to-end.
- • Day to day, the role involves owning the CPQ & OTC product domain end-to-end—defining roadmaps, managing backlogs, writing user stories and acceptance criteria, and driving hands-on delivery across sprints, while building and refining processes for CPQ change intake, prioritization, delivery, and QA to establish governance standards and release management procedures.
- • The person will act as the primary, hands-on systems owner for Salesforce CPQ and DealHub, maintaining configuration architecture for complex pricing models, subscription management, amendments, renewals, and co-term logic, while partnering with Sales, Finance, Legal, and Customer Success to define and execute the roadmap for end-to-end CPQ and OTC processes.
- • At ClickUp, you’ll join a bold, innovative team architecting the future of work through the first truly converged AI workspace, unifying tasks, docs, chat, calendar, and enterprise search, all supercharged by context-driven AI to empower millions of teams to break free from silos, reclaim time, and unlock new levels of productivity.
- • In this role, you can learn and pioneer AI-first solutioning across CPQ and OTC functions—deploying AI agents for quote generation assistance, pricing recommendations, approval routing, order validation, and revenue recognition triggers—while gaining deep expertise in revenue operations, system integration, and cross-functional leadership in a high-growth SaaS environment.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years in Business Systems, Revenue Operations, or CPQ-focused roles in a high-growth SaaS environment, with a demonstrated track record of owning complex CPQ and OTC initiatives end-to-end.
- • Significant hands-on configuration experience with Salesforce CPQ and/or DealHub—not as an overseer but as someone who has personally built product catalogs, pricing rules, discount schedules, approval workflows, subscription logic, and contract amendments from the ground up.
- • Proven track record owning end-to-end CPQ and Order-to-Cash initiatives spanning Sales, Finance, and Legal—from requirements discovery and system configuration through UAT, go-live, and post-launch iteration.
- • Experience defining integration requirements between CPQ platforms and downstream systems (ERP, billing, provisioning).
- • Salesforce CPQ Specialist certification strongly preferred; Salesforce Administrator or DealHub certification a plus.
- • Ability to assess CPQ and OTC processes for AI/automation opportunities and configure agentic workflows; hands-on experience with AI-assisted quoting, contract intelligence, or order-processing automation is a strong plus.
🏖️ Benefits
- • Opportunity to learn, use, and pioneer AI in ways that shape not only the product, but the future of work itself.
- • Join a bold, innovative team redefining what’s possible in a world overwhelmed by work sprawl.
- • Work on the first truly converged AI workspace, unifying tasks, docs, chat, calendar, and enterprise search, all supercharged by context-driven AI.
- • Empower millions of teams to break free from silos, reclaim their time, and unlock new levels of productivity.
- • Assessed based on potential impact, with hiring based on ambition, grit, and passion for improving the way people work.
- • Support for each person’s journey to build their boldest career at ClickUp.
