- • As a Senior Product Manager, Financial Products at Motive, you will drive and execute the strategic market expansion of Motive’s Spend Management offering, owning a major revenue-driving pillar of the business by identifying and launching the product into high-growth, untapped sectors and/or new international markets.
- • You will define the long-term product vision and MVP for Motive Card entry into new sectors and markets, conduct deep customer research to identify Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs), and outline the feature set necessary for successful adoption.
- • You will develop product strategy and roadmap by partnering with key stakeholders including other PMs, PMMs, AEs, and SEs, prioritizing based on market opportunity and operational readiness, and align priorities by collaborating cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, Legal, Risk, Compliance, and Engineering teams.
- • You will develop and articulate clear metrics, business requirements, goals, and user stories, own and maintain detailed product documentation such as PRDs, wireframes, and process flows, and serve as the primary product Subject Matter Expert (SME) for expansion initiatives, supporting Sales and Business Development with deep product knowledge and strategic positioning.

- • You will thrive in a fast-moving environment, quickly develop expert domain knowledge in new geographies and highly complex or regulated sectors, and convert that knowledge into tangible revenue-generating products, working with a direct line of sight into the roadmap of the entire financial products organization.
🎯 Requirements
- • 7+ years of experience in Product Management (B2B/Fintech experience is a plus)
- • Direct experience launching products into new, complex, or regulated sectors, or significant experience with 0-to-1 product development
- • Experience launching products in new geographies is a plus
- • High customer empathy with a proven ability to conduct customer discovery, market analysis, and translate findings into clear, impactful product strategy
- • Be data-driven, with a track record of using data and metrics to back up assumptions, build business cases, and make product decisions
- • Sufficient technical knowledge to understand platform capabilities, dependencies, and to earn the respect and trust of software engineers
- • Exceptional interpersonal skills and a high EQ, enabling to work effectively with remote teams and manage stakeholders across all levels of seniority
- • Experience in an agile product development environment is essential
