- • Own the strategy, roadmap, and execution for MoeGo's payments, invoicing, and accounting products, driving financial workflows that are critical to pet care businesses.
- • Sit inside complex financial workflows to create clarity, distinguishing critical UX-breaking issues from nice-to-haves and building a remediation roadmap engineering and stakeholders can trust.
- • Obsess over the full user journey of money movement, including payment failures, disputes, partial payments, and reconciliation mismatches.
- • Define key metrics such as payment success rates, dispute rates, and deposit conversion, and work with analytics to surface them for data-driven decisions.
- • Collaborate across engineering, design, and go-to-market teams to ship reliable, polished financial experiences and influence third-party financial infrastructure partners.
- • Make and communicate clear tradeoffs between cleanup of existing systems and development of new capabilities, maintaining trust with team and leadership.
- • Work shoulder-to-shoulder with cross-functional teams to stabilize current financial products and build toward a sophisticated suite of embedded financial offerings like invoice factoring and embedded payroll.
- • Lead a product area end to end at the senior-to-staff level, setting strategy and raising the bar for surrounding teams in a fast-growing vertical SaaS business focused on pet care innovation.
🎯 Requirements
- • Fintech product experience with hands-on PM background in invoicing, payments, billing, or financial workflows, ideally B2B or SMB-facing.
- • Comfort in messy systems — ability to sit in complex, imperfect environments and bring order by prioritizing technical debt and triaging bugs with engineering.
- • Strong product sense for financial flows, including experience shipping polished, reliable financial experiences and thinking critically through edge cases and failure states.
- • Cross-functional fluency to collaborate effectively across EPD (Engineering, Product, Design) and GTM (Go-to-Market) teams, with ability to influence and partner with third parties.
- • Data fluency to define meaningful metrics and work with analytics to surface them, using experimentation to refine frontier financial products.
- • Bilingual ability to speak both English and Mandarin fluently.
