As a Senior Product Manager, Growth, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of online privacy and driving the adoption of our innovative virtual cloak product.
- • In this critical role, you will be responsible for defining and executing the product strategy for user growth at Cloaked. This involves identifying key opportunities to acquire new users, increase engagement, and foster long-term retention. You will deeply understand our target audience, their privacy concerns, and their online behaviors to craft compelling product experiences that resonate and drive adoption.
- • You will own the entire product lifecycle for growth initiatives, from ideation and research through to development, launch, and iteration. This includes conducting market research, analyzing user data, defining product requirements, and collaborating closely with engineering, design, marketing, and data science teams to bring your vision to life.
- • A significant part of your role will involve developing and implementing strategies to expand our user base. This could include exploring new acquisition channels, optimizing onboarding flows, developing viral loops, and leveraging partnerships to reach a wider audience. You will be the champion for growth within the product team, constantly seeking innovative ways to scale our user base.
- • You will also focus on enhancing user engagement and retention. This means understanding what makes users stick with Cloaked, identifying friction points in their journey, and designing features that provide ongoing value and reinforce the benefits of our privacy solution. You will work to ensure that our product not only attracts users but also becomes an indispensable part of their online lives.
- • As a Senior Product Manager, you will be expected to leverage data to inform your decisions. You will define key growth metrics, set up A/B tests, analyze results, and iterate rapidly based on learnings. A strong analytical mindset and the ability to translate complex data into actionable product insights will be crucial for success.
- • You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product launches and ongoing optimization. - • The ideal candidate will have a passion for privacy and a deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities in the consumer tech space. You will be comfortable navigating ambiguity, taking ownership, and driving results in a fast-paced startup environment.
- • You will be responsible for identifying and prioritizing growth opportunities, conducting user research, and translating insights into a clear product roadmap. This includes defining user stories, writing detailed product specifications, and working closely with engineering and design teams to deliver high-quality features.
- • You will also be instrumental in defining and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) for growth, such as user acquisition cost, conversion rates, activation rates, retention rates, and lifetime value.
