- • Senior Product Manager - Growth role focused on driving measurable business impact through the full growth funnel from acquisition to revenue expansion at Nivoda, a global jewellery marketplace powering over $300M in annual transactions and scaling toward a billion-dollar vision.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include defining and owning the growth roadmap across AARRM (acquisition, activation, retention, monetization), identifying growth opportunities by analyzing user funnels, building and maintaining a prioritized backlog of growth experiments, designing and analyzing A/B tests, translating data into actionable product decisions, partnering with engineering and design to ship growth-focused features, optimizing in-product experiences, aligning product touchpoints with marketing campaigns, and serving as connective tissue between Growth team and core product, marketing, sales, and data teams while presenting strategies to senior stakeholders.
- • Nivoda is reimagining how the world buys and sells jewellery through its global marketplace connecting retailers and suppliers across diamonds, gemstones, and finished jewellery, bringing tech, data, and automation to a $350B industry undergoing digital transformation, powered by a team driving explosive growth.
