  • • As a Senior Product Manager, Growth at Mudflap Inc., you will drive growth by owning key surfaces spanning onboarding, activation, engagement, and monetization for a company serving the $800B trucking industry, helping owner-operators and small fleets save on fuel costs while expanding access for fuel stop partners.
  • • You will lead experimentation, shape roadmaps, and work cross-functionally with Engineering, Design, Data, Marketing, and Operations to deliver high-impact product experiences grounded in direct customer insight and accelerated by a data-driven, AI-forward approach.
  • • On a day-to-day basis, you will own key growth surfaces across Mudflap’s app and card products, focusing on improving onboarding, activation, engagement, and monetization through rapid experimentation cycles, including A/B tests and feature iterations with clear hypotheses and measurable success metrics.
  • • You will identify and prioritize growth opportunities by conducting funnel analysis, customer research, and applying product intuition to uncover insights that inform strategic decisions.
  • • You will develop and execute a roadmap of growth initiatives, balancing innovative new bets with continuous improvements to existing customer journeys to maximize impact and sustainability.
  • • You will partner closely with Engineering and Design to deliver intuitive, high-trust product experiences that resonate with truckers and fleet operators, ensuring usability and reliability are central to every release.
  • • You will collaborate cross-functionally with Data, Marketing, Operations, and Customer Support to align on cohesive end-to-end growth initiatives that drive acquisition, retention, and revenue.
  • • You will engage directly with truckers and fleet operators to understand their workflows, constraints, and motivations, translating real-world insights into product improvements that increase adoption and satisfaction.
  • • You will define, track, and communicate key growth metrics using data and experimentation results, ensuring decisions are evidence-based and aligned with business objectives.
  • • You will leverage AI tools and technologies to accelerate product discovery, experimentation, and development, and actively explore opportunities to integrate AI into Mudflap’s product experience to enhance personalization, efficiency, and innovation.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 5+ years of product management experience with meaningful ownership of customer-facing products (mobile or web)
  • • Demonstrated success driving product-led growth through experimentation, iteration, and measurable improvements in key metrics
  • • Strong understanding of onboarding flows, activation mechanics, and engagement loops
  • • Comfortable working with data, including funnel analysis, cohort retention, and experimentation results
  • • Experience partnering closely with engineering, design, data, and marketing to ship high-quality product experiences
  • • Excellent prioritization, communication, and execution skills in fast-moving environments
  • • Track record of translating customer insights and data into impactful product improvements
  • • Hands-on experience using AI tools to accelerate product development, analysis, or experimentation, and curiosity about applying AI to create better product experiences
  • • Bonus: experience building for SMBs, marketplaces, fintech, logistics, or independent operators
