Full Job Description
đź“‹ Description
- • Own the end-to-end product vision and roadmap for Hiya’s growth platform, which serves as the foundational infrastructure for experimentation, instrumentation, and customer journey optimization across all B2B and B2C product teams.
- • Design and deploy a unified experimentation framework that standardizes A/B testing, feature flagging, and metric definition across product lines, ensuring consistent measurement and learnings company-wide.
- • Build and maintain the company’s headless CMS platform (e.g., Contentful or Payload) to power website and in-product surfaces, with full support for multi-locale content modeling and SEO/GEO-optimized content delivery.
- • Establish end-to-end event tracking and data instrumentation across web and in-app touchpoints using modern analytics stacks (Segment, Amplitude, GA4) to enable accurate funnel analysis and attribution modeling.
- • Develop and operationalize growth model dashboards that provide real-time visibility into LTV/CAC ratios, conversion metrics, and cohort performance for self-serve and sales-assisted product lines.
- • Create and enforce a cross-functional operating model that aligns demand generation, marketing, product, and sales teams around shared goals, rituals, and KPIs, reducing silos and increasing experimentation velocity.
- • Partner directly with product managers to translate their growth needs into scalable platform capabilities, empowering them to run independent tests without reliance on central engineering or analytics teams.
- • Drive a culture of rigorous experimentation by defining experiment design standards, statistical validity thresholds, and post-test learning protocols that improve quality and adoption across all teams.
- • Lead SEO and generative engine optimization (GEO) strategy for the growth platform, ensuring content and product surfaces are structured to perform in both traditional search engines and AI-driven discovery channels.
- • Instrument and analyze usage of the growth platform itself to identify adoption barriers, feature gaps, and optimization opportunities based on how product teams actually interact with it.
- • Leverage AI tools as a core part of daily work to accelerate prototyping, data analysis, dashboard development, and operational workflows, reducing manual effort and increasing output quality.
- • Build and maintain operating rituals including weekly experiment reviews, shared learnings sessions, and cross-team alignment meetings to ensure sustained platform adoption and continuous improvement.
- • Take ownership of website platform health, including content lifecycle management, performance optimization, and accessibility compliance, ensuring a seamless and trustworthy user experience.
- • Champion autonomy for product teams by providing clear tooling, documentation, and governance boundaries — ensuring marketing retains control over brand narrative while product teams own iterative surface-level experimentation.
- • Move fluidly between solo execution and cross-functional leadership, prototyping features yourself when necessary and collaborating closely with GTM engineers, marketers, and product leaders to ship with speed and precision.
- • Define and track early indicators of platform success, including reduced time-to-launch for experiments, increased team adoption rates, and measurable improvements in revenue-driving metrics within six months.
🎯 Requirements
- • Demonstrated success in growth, including hands-on work building activation funnels, running experimentation programs, and connecting acquisition through conversion through expansion in self-serve acquisition motions
- • Experience building growth platforms, tooling, or infrastructure that other teams operated on: experimentation frameworks, A/B testing and feature flag systems, analytics and event tracking platforms, CMS platforms, or cross-functional operating models
- • Expertise in SEO and emerging GEO practices, with informed opinions on how platform and CMS decisions affect organic discoverability
- • Proficiency with AI tools as a core part of how you work, with hands-on experience using them to accelerate analysis, prototyping, and platform development
- • Data fluency for defining leading metrics, building shared dashboards, and creating the feedback loops that make experimentation programs learn
- • A high-agency, builder-oriented approach: you create structure in ambiguous situations and take ownership for outcomes
🏖️ Benefits
- • Base Salary: $197,000 - $260,000
- • Equity Compensation: ownership aligned with your impact and the company’s growth
- • Employer-sponsored Medical, dental, and vision insurance (PPO & HDHP) with 50% dependent coverage
- • 401(k) with 3% company match via Fidelity
- • Flexible vacation policy and paid company holidays
- • $1,000 annually to invest in learning and growth
