- • Own the end-to-end vision for Forbes Advisor’s US Health vertical, translating market opportunity into a multi-year product roadmap that balances user value, technical feasibility, and aggressive revenue growth targets.
- • Lead quarterly OKR-setting and sprint-level prioritisation for a cross-functional squad of engineers, designers, analysts, and commercial partners; maintain a living, transparent backlog that is ruthlessly prioritised by impact, effort, and strategic alignment.
- • Conduct continuous discovery with US consumers, healthcare providers, and insurance carriers—running user interviews, diary studies, and A/B tests—to uncover unmet needs, validate value propositions, and refine the lead-generation funnel.
- • Translate insights into clear, testable hypotheses; design and execute rapid prototypes, MVPs, and phased roll-outs while monitoring conversion, LTV, and customer-satisfaction KPIs.
- • Drive the migration from legacy monoliths to a modern, serverless architecture by partnering with engineering to define micro-service boundaries, event-driven data contracts, and CI/CD pipelines that accelerate release velocity.
- • Champion data-driven decision making: instrument products with Segment, GA4, and Amplitude; build dashboards that surface cohort performance, funnel leakage, and SEO impact; iterate weekly based on statistically significant results.
- • Serve as the primary point of contact for US-based commercial stakeholders—marketing, sales, compliance, and legal—translating complex regulatory requirements (HIPAA, ACA, state mandates) into product requirements that protect user privacy and reduce risk.
- • Collaborate with UK-based Head of Product to align global standards, share learnings, and ensure the Health vertical leverages economies of scale across Forbes Advisor’s international portfolio.
- • Mentor junior PMs and analysts, introducing lightweight frameworks for opportunity sizing, story mapping, and stakeholder communication that raise the bar for product excellence across the organisation.
- • Evangelise the Health product roadmap at Forbes leadership forums, customer advisory boards, and industry conferences, turning product wins into compelling narratives that strengthen brand authority and attract strategic partners.
- • Continuously refine go-to-market playbooks—pricing, bundling, channel mix, and lifecycle messaging—to maximise qualified lead volume and revenue per visitor while maintaining editorial integrity and consumer trust.
- • Anticipate competitive threats and regulatory changes; run scenario planning workshops that prepare the business to pivot quickly when market conditions shift.
- • Foster a culture of experimentation and psychological safety where every squad member feels empowered to question assumptions, propose bold ideas, and learn from failures.
