- • Own the end-to-end vision, strategy, and execution for Forbes Advisor’s Home Services product vertical—the fastest-growing segment in our US portfolio. You will set the 3-year product roadmap, define quarterly OKRs, and translate market opportunities into a prioritized backlog that balances user delight, technical excellence, and revenue growth.
- • Lead cross-functional squads of engineers, designers, analysts, and commercial partners through every stage of the product lifecycle: discovery, definition, delivery, and continuous iteration. You will run weekly sprint ceremonies, facilitate design sprints, and ensure that each release meets or exceeds quality, performance, and compliance standards.
- • Become the undisputed expert on the US Home Services market—contractors, HVAC, roofing, plumbing, solar, and more. You will map customer journeys, benchmark competitors, and surface unmet needs through interviews, surveys, and data analysis. Your insights will directly influence pricing models, lead-gen funnels, and marketplace dynamics.
- • Drive a culture of experimentation. You will design A/B and multivariate tests, build rapid prototypes, and interpret statistical results to validate hypotheses before committing engineering resources. Expect to launch 3–5 experiments per quarter and use learnings to refine positioning, UX, and conversion tactics.
- • Define and monitor a concise set of KPIs—CAC, LTV, lead-to-sale conversion, NPS, and churn. You will build dashboards in Amplitude or Looker, present findings to the exec team, and own the narrative on what is working, what is broken, and what to do next.
- • Champion a modern, serverless tech stack. You will partner with engineering to migrate away from legacy monoliths toward event-driven microservices, version-controlled feature flags, and automated CI/CD pipelines. Your technical fluency will help prioritize scalability, security, and developer velocity.
- • Act as the primary liaison between US commercial stakeholders and UK-based leadership. You will translate regional market nuances into product requirements, negotiate trade-offs, and secure buy-in for bold bets. Expect to present roadmap updates to C-suite audiences every six weeks.
- • Mentor junior PMs and contribute to the evolution of our product playbook. You will codify best practices for user-story writing, prioritization frameworks, and stakeholder communication, raising the bar for the entire product organization.
- • Stay relentlessly curious. You will attend industry conferences, cultivate relationships with top contractors, and monitor regulatory changes so that Forbes Advisor remains the most trusted destination for home-improvement decisions.
