You will be instrumental in shaping the future of our Home Services vertical, taking full ownership from conception through to successful market delivery and ongoing iteration.
  • • Your primary responsibility will be to lead and champion initiatives that harmoniously balance the intricate needs of our users, the practicalities of technical feasibility, and the overarching business objectives. This involves not only defining a clear, forward-looking product strategy but also meticulously overseeing its execution. You will be the architect of a product roadmap designed to foster sustainable, long-term growth and market leadership.

This end-to-end ownership spans the entire product lifecycle, from the initial spark of an idea, through rigorous discovery and definition, to the complexities of development, release, and the crucial post-launch optimization phases.
  • • A key facet of your role will be the definition and diligent management of a structured product backlog. This requires a keen ability to prioritize initiatives with precision, evaluating them against their potential impact, the availability of resources, and their strategic alignment with our company's broader goals. Crucially, you must remain agile and responsive, readily adapting to new information, market shifts, and emerging opportunities.
  • • To ensure our products truly resonate with our audience, you will immerse yourself in understanding user behaviors, meticulously analyzing feedback, and leveraging data to uncover the core drivers of value. This deep dive will inform your approach to product development, enabling you to regularly test assumptions through rapid prototyping, structured experimentation, and robust discovery processes.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Minimum of 6 years of progressive experience in product management, with a demonstrable track record of successfully delivering high-impact features or owning a significant product area from inception to maturity.
  • • Proven and in-depth experience within the US Home Services market, including a comprehensive understanding of key market trends, competitive landscapes, and the intricacies of lead generation journeys.
  • • Demonstrated ability to confidently navigate and lead across the full product lifecycle, encompassing discovery, definition, development, delivery, and iterative improvement.
  • • Strong experience in leading cross-functional teams and effectively managing input and expectations from multiple stakeholders with diverse perspectives.
  • • Highly data-driven approach, with a proven ability to define, track, and analyze key performance metrics, and to translate data-driven insights into actionable product decisions and strategies.
  • • Excellent communication and influencing skills, with a demonstrated capacity to build consensus, manage trade-offs effectively, and articulate complex product concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • • A naturally curious, collaborative, and proactive mindset, with a consistent drive to identify new opportunities, anticipate challenges, and proactively resolve blockers.
