� Description

• • Own the end-to-end product lifecycle of Hostinger Horizons, our AI-powered no-code platform that already serves entrepreneurs in 150 countries. From discovery to sunset, you will set the vision, define the roadmap, and ensure every release moves the needle on customer success and revenue growth.
• • Translate high-level company strategy into crystal-clear product requirements, user stories, and interactive prototypes that engineering, design, QA, and marketing can rally behind. Your specs will be the single source of truth that keeps 900+ Hostinger colleagues aligned and 4 million clients delighted.
• • Prioritize ruthlessly. With an ever-growing backlog of AI features, integrations, and UX enhancements, you will use data, customer interviews, and business impact to decide what ships next and what waits. You’ll balance quick wins that boost activation with bold bets that redefine what “no-code” can achieve.
• • Act as the voice of the customer inside the building. You will run user research, analyze NPS, churn, and funnel metrics, and turn raw feedback into actionable insights. Every sprint review will showcase how your decisions improved real users’ ability to launch e-shops, blogs, and SaaS apps without writing code.
• • Drive go-to-market excellence in lockstep with marketing, customer success, and support. You will craft positioning, define launch plans, and ensure documentation, tutorials, and campaigns hit the right audience at the right time, turning new features into measurable adoption and MRR.
• • Champion transparency. Through roadmap updates, OKR dashboards, and asynchronous updates, you will keep stakeholders—from the C-suite to frontline support—informed and excited. Your communication style turns complex technical trade-offs into simple narratives everyone can repeat.
• • Stay ahead of the curve. You will monitor emerging AI, web, and no-code trends, run competitive teardowns, and feed insights back into the roadmap so Hostinger Horizons remains the category leader, not a fast follower.
• • Foster a culture of experimentation. Whether it’s A/B testing onboarding flows or rolling out beta features to 5% of users, you will instill a mindset where learning beats guessing and every failure is a stepping-stone to breakthrough growth.
• • Mentor and lead without formal authority. Working side-by-side with world-class engineering managers, developers, and designers, you will coach them on product thinking, customer empathy, and data-driven decision making, multiplying your impact across the entire 900-person Hostinger family.
