• • As a Senior Product Manager for HR Technology at Coinbase, you will be at the forefront of shaping the future of our employee experience by leading critical initiatives within our HR Technology ecosystem. This is a high-impact role where you will own the strategic vision, development, and implementation of innovative HR solutions, ranging from evaluating and integrating cutting-edge third-party tools to driving custom builds and leveraging AI-powered capabilities.
• • You will be instrumental in modernizing and scaling our HR operations, ensuring that our technology not only meets the complex needs of a rapidly growing global company but also enhances the day-to-day work life of every Coinbase employee. Your work will directly contribute to Coinbase's mission of increasing economic freedom in the world by building a robust and efficient internal infrastructure.
• • This position sits within the People Success domain and reports directly to the Head of HR Technology, offering a unique opportunity to work across multiple domains rather than specializing in just one. You will be expected to collaborate closely with a diverse set of stakeholders, including HR, IT, legal, and various business units, to design and deliver intuitive, modern tools that drive both business outcomes and exceptional user experiences.
• • Your responsibilities will encompass the full product lifecycle. You will define the product vision, prioritize features and initiatives, manage development roadmaps, oversee launches, drive user adoption, and continuously iterate based on feedback and performance metrics. This includes leading a portfolio of strategic HR tech initiatives that may involve internal tools, external solutions, AI integrations, and seamless connectivity with platforms like Slack and Google Workspace.
• • A key aspect of this role involves evaluating and implementing new technologies. You will be responsible for making critical 'buy vs. build' decisions, assessing the market for best-in-class solutions, and managing the integration of selected tools. Simultaneously, you will guide the development of in-house solutions when appropriate, ensuring they align with our strategic goals and technical capabilities.
• • You will play a pivotal role in applying emerging AI capabilities to modernize and simplify workflows across the entire HR ecosystem. This includes exploring, piloting, and implementing AI-driven solutions to enhance efficiency, personalize employee experiences, and provide deeper insights into HR data.
• • Effective collaboration and influence are paramount. You will need to confidently influence senior leadership, external vendors, and cross-functional teams to align on priorities, shape product roadmaps, and accelerate the delivery of high-impact solutions. Building strong relationships and communicating a clear vision will be essential for success.
• • You will be expected to run Agile ceremonies, meticulously manage project timelines, and track progress against clearly defined outcomes. Success will be measured not only by project completion but also by the tangible impact on business objectives and employee satisfaction.
• • Defining and tracking key metrics to measure success and guide continuous improvement across the HR Tech stack is a critical responsibility. You will use data to inform product strategy, identify areas for optimization, and demonstrate the value of HR technology investments.
