đź“‹ Description
- • As a Senior Product Manager I on the Pages team at HubSpot, you will be at the forefront of shaping how businesses create, manage, and evolve their online presence through landing pages and websites. This critical role sits within HubSpot's 'Build Awareness' pillar, directly impacting how marketers launch campaigns, test innovative ideas, and achieve visibility in an increasingly complex and AI-driven digital landscape.
- • You will operate with a high degree of ownership in a rapidly evolving problem space. Your primary responsibility will be to define the future direction of the Pages experience, adapting to shifts in organic search, the rise of AI-driven discovery, and emerging SEO strategies. This involves anticipating market changes and translating them into a compelling product vision.
- • A key aspect of your role will be to craft a shared vision and a cohesive product roadmap for the Pages product area. As a vital member of the Product Triad, you will collaborate closely with engineering and design to ensure alignment and drive strategic execution.
- • Deep empathy for content creators and marketers is essential. You will need to possess a profound understanding of the modern marketer's workflow, from content creation and distribution to performance measurement, ensuring the product effectively addresses their needs.
- • You will leverage data extensively to guide strategy and inform decision-making. This includes defining key success metrics, rigorously evaluating trade-offs between competing priorities, and challenging assumptions, especially in situations where data signals may be imperfect or nascent.
- • Collaboration with multiple platform engineering teams will be crucial. You will partner to deliver impactful improvements across shared systems and foundational elements of the Pages product, ensuring scalability and maintainability.
- • You will be responsible for guiding new product ideas from their initial conceptualization through to successful launch. This end-to-end ownership requires a strategic mindset and the ability to navigate the complexities of product development.
- • The role demands comfort in ambiguous and evolving problem spaces. You will be expected to transform uncertainty into clear, actionable product direction, providing stability and focus for your team.
- • You will foster a data-oriented approach to product management, utilizing metrics, user feedback, and a keen understanding of trade-offs to shape product strategy and prioritize initiatives.
- • Technical fluency and strong systems thinking are necessary to understand and influence the development of shared platforms and foundational technologies that underpin the Pages product.
- • A strong bias toward action and progress is vital. You will need to exercise sound judgment to determine when to ship, when to iterate based on feedback, and when to pause and learn before proceeding.
- • You must possess the ability to clearly articulate product strategy, vision, and critical trade-offs to a diverse range of cross-functional partners, including engineering, marketing, sales, and senior stakeholders.
- • Success in this role will depend on your ability to operate effectively within a complex product ecosystem, influencing direction and driving outcomes through collaboration and strategic alignment rather than direct authority.
- • As part of HubSpot's Product Management organization, you will contribute to a product-led culture that prioritizes customer needs and fosters innovation. You will create and advance ambitious product strategies grounded in customer insights, business objectives, and robust data analysis.
- • You will partner closely with UX and Engineering colleagues to build a high-value product that is both powerful and intuitive for users.
- • You will influence product direction and key decisions through strong product judgment, clear thinking, and effective collaboration across teams.
- • HubSpot offers clear expectations and robust career paths, empowering you to understand your growth trajectory and achieve your professional goals.
- • You will be empowered to bring your authentic self to work and choose a work style and location that enables you to do your best work, whether that's remote, in an office, or a hybrid approach.
- • You will have the opportunity to read about HubSpot's shared product principles and further understand the company's approach to product development.
🎯 Requirements
- • Proven experience launching customer-facing products, with a strong preference for experience in page builders, content creation tools, or modern marketing platforms.
- • Demonstrated content and marketing empathy, with a track record of building tools for marketers rather than solely for technical users.
- • Comfort operating in ambiguous, evolving problem spaces and the ability to translate uncertainty into clear product direction.
- • A data-oriented approach to product management, utilizing metrics and trade-offs to inform strategy and decision-making.
- • Technical fluency and systems thinking, particularly concerning shared platforms and foundational technologies.
- • A bias toward action and progress, coupled with sound judgment regarding shipping, iterating, and learning.
- • Ability to clearly articulate product strategy and trade-offs to cross-functional partners and senior stakeholders.
- • Experience operating effectively in complex product ecosystems where influence and coordination are key to success.
🏖️ Benefits
- • Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance plans.
- • Generous paid time off (PTO) and holidays.
- • Opportunities for professional development and continuous learning, including access to HubSpot's extensive product resources and training.
- • A flexible work environment, with options for remote, in-office, or hybrid arrangements.
- • Equity participation through HubSpot's Restricted Stock Unit (RSU) plan.
- • Annual bonus targets under HubSpot’s bonus plan.
- • Access to employee resource groups and a commitment to diversity and inclusion.
