  • • As a Senior Product Manager II at Wrapbook, you will be instrumental in shaping the future of our core product areas, specifically focusing on the Tech Enablement Team (PANDA). This pivotal role involves defining and executing product strategy for cross-cutting features that are fundamental to every product team within Wrapbook. You will be at the forefront of innovation, tackling complex technical challenges and solving real customer pain points to ensure the seamless operation of production payroll and accounting.
  • • Your day-to-day responsibilities will be dynamic and impactful. You will own the roadmap and vision for your designated product area, meticulously aligning customer needs with overarching company priorities. This involves deep collaboration with engineering and design teams to translate intricate requirements into tangible, high-quality features that address significant user problems. You will also be a key liaison, working closely with sales, business development, client operations, legal, and go-to-market teams to ensure comprehensive alignment and readiness for successful product launches. A critical aspect of your role will be to cultivate an in-depth understanding of our customers and the nuances of the production payroll domain. This deep dive will enable you to uncover critical insights, identify unmet needs, and inspire innovative solutions that drive the business forward. Furthermore, you will be responsible for defining key success metrics and leveraging data-driven insights to guide prioritization decisions and rigorously measure the impact of your product initiatives. You will also champion a culture of quality and compliance, ensuring that all products meet the stringent standards required within financial and regulated environments, a non-negotiable aspect of our industry. Your role will encompass driving execution end-to-end, from the initial discovery phase through to successful launch, ensuring predictable and on-time delivery of all product initiatives. A significant part of your responsibility will involve triaging and prioritizing inbound requests from multiple product teams that rely on the systems managed by the Tech Enablement Team, such as approvals, permissions, and authentication. This requires a strategic approach to managing competing demands and integrating them effectively into your roadmap.
  • • You will be joining a growing team of over 250 talented individuals across the USA and Canada, comprised of experts from diverse backgrounds in entertainment and technology, including SAG-AFTRA, DGA, IATSE, Teamsters, Amazon, Microsoft, and Facebook. Wrapbook is a well-funded company, backed by prominent investors like Jeffrey Katzenberg’s WndrCo, Andreessen Horowitz, and A* Capital, with $130M in funding, ensuring a stable and exciting environment for growth. The Tech Enablement Team itself is a tenured engineering team, led by an experienced engineering manager, and includes a dedicated designer. You will serve as the primary product voice, providing guidance and clarity on cross-team questions related to approvals, permissions, notifications, and access control, fostering a collaborative and efficient working environment.
  • • In this role, you will have the unique opportunity to develop and refine platform or infrastructure products that are critical dependencies for multiple other product teams, moving beyond traditional feature-team experience. You will gain invaluable experience in reasoning about complex technical systems such as state machines, permission models, API integrations, and authentication flows with a high degree of autonomy. You will hone your ability to independently leverage data for product success, utilizing tools like SQL, Pendo, Omni, or Snowflake to uncover insights and inform strategic decisions. This position offers a chance to significantly impact the operational efficiency and scalability of Wrapbook's platform, contributing directly to the company's mission of making production payroll and accounting easier, faster, and more secure for productions of all sizes. You will be empowered to drive innovation in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, making substantial contributions to a product that is revolutionizing the entertainment industry.
