- • As a Senior Product Manager for Insurance (Core Product) at Jerry Technologies Inc., you will own and drive the strategy, development, and scaling of Jerry’s quoting and automation systems—core components that power the company’s ability to deliver fast, accurate, and low-cost insurance quotes to millions of users. Your work will directly impact Jerry’s competitive advantage in a $2T market by improving data quality, expanding carrier integrations, and enhancing system resilience through AI-driven innovation.
- • You will lead end-to-end product development for quoting or automation platforms, managing the full lifecycle from discovery and prioritization to launch and iteration. This includes owning high-stakes integrations with top-tier insurance carriers, defining technical requirements, coordinating cross-functional execution, and ensuring systems meet performance, scalability, and reliability goals.
- • You will partner closely with engineering, operations, data science, and insurance domain experts to align technical solutions with business objectives, translating complex insurance workflows and regulatory considerations into intuitive product experiences that reduce friction for both users and internal teams.
- • You will leverage data and analytics to measure system performance, identify bottlenecks, and uncover opportunities for automation—using AI and machine learning to reduce manual maintenance, improve quote accuracy, and accelerate time-to-market for new carrier connections.
- • You will continuously explore and prototype innovative uses of generative AI and process automation to enhance quoting speed, personalize customer interactions, and lower operational costs, positioning Jerry at the forefront of AI-powered insurance technology.
- • You will contribute to Jerry’s mission of making car ownership effortless by improving the reliability and intelligence of its core marketplace infrastructure, directly impacting the experience of over 5 million users who rely on the app for insurance, financing, maintenance, and safety services.

🎯 Requirements
- • 4+ years of experience in product management, management consulting, technical operations, or data analytics at a fast-paced startup or high-growth technology company
- • Strong technical fluency and comfort engaging in deep engineering discussions, with the ability to translate complex systems and data concepts into clear product requirements and user-focused narratives
- • Proven ability to own and drive key metrics, with a track record of using data to identify problems, test hypotheses, and deliver measurable improvements in system performance, efficiency, or user experience
- • Passion for AI and automation, including hands-on experience using generative AI tools to improve productivity and a strong interest in applying AI at scale to solve real-world problems in insurance or financial services
