• • Senior Product Manager, Integrations at Duck Creek Technologies owns the product strategy, roadmap, and execution for the company’s integration portfolio, driving a unified approach across iPaaS, API, AMI/AEI, Connectors, and agentic extensibility solutions to modernize how insurers connect with third-party systems.
• • Day to day, the role involves defining and owning the product strategy for Duck Creek’s iPaaS and integration portfolio, partnering with Engineering and Architecture to evaluate integration platform technologies, driving API and Connector strategies, providing product leadership for agentic extensibility capabilities, collaborating with Customer Success and Sales to capture carrier integration pain points, translating complex architecture decisions into prioritized product capabilities, establishing governance frameworks for integration quality and security, and aligning integration strategies with platform services like IAM, Eventing, and CQRS.
