- • As a Senior Product Manager - International, you will become an integral part of a dynamic and multidisciplinary team. This team is composed of licensed clinicians, innovative engineers, seasoned product professionals, creative designers, strategic marketers, and astute business leaders, all united by a shared passion for broadening access to therapy. - • We are actively seeking an individual contributor who possesses a strong aptitude for execution and a genuine passion for developing and scaling successful consumer (B2C) products. Given our nature as a two-sided marketplace, this role may encompass responsibilities focused on either the client or therapist segment. You will assume end-to-end ownership of some of our most impactful projects. These initiatives could range from introducing novel products and features to market, optimizing existing offerings to foster sustained and accelerated growth, to spearheading launches in new international territories.

- • You will be responsible for initiating, evaluating, and prioritizing new ideas, meticulously gathering requirements, and crafting detailed specifications for product enhancements designed to maximize impact and deliver substantial benefits.
- • A key aspect of this role involves prioritizing and executing product launches in new international markets, meticulously managing the translation and localization processes to ensure cultural relevance and user adoption.
- • You will rigorously analyze and quantify the impact and success of every product change implemented, drawing data-driven conclusions to inform and plan subsequent steps.
- • Collaboration is paramount. You will work closely with development and design teams throughout each sprint cycle, ensuring efficient resource utilization and fostering team happiness.
- • You will partner with the design team to architect user experiences that are not only delightful but also highly effective in achieving user goals.
- • Performing User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and functional Quality Assurance (QA) is essential to guarantee that we are launching only high-quality, robust products.
- • Internally, you will engage cross-functionally with all departments—including development, support, marketing, business development, and operations—to translate their insights into actionable product improvements.
- • Externally, you will connect with all relevant stakeholders, including members, providers, marketing channels, business partners, and regulators, both inbound and outbound, to ensure our product effectively meets their diverse needs and requirements.
- • You will actively participate in shaping the strategic vision and long-term direction of the organization, extending beyond the immediate scope of product management.
- • Continuous improvement is a core tenet; you will constantly seek opportunities to enhance all aspects of our operations and optimize the value delivered to our stakeholders.
- • You will own key performance indicators (KPIs) and maintain an obsessive focus on achieving them.
- • In essence, your role will embody a cycle of ideation, execution, testing, measurement, analysis, learning, and iteration.
