  • • IntusCare is at the forefront of revolutionizing healthcare for Programs of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE), offering an end-to-end ecosystem designed to elevate care delivery, optimize financial performance, and ensure stringent compliance. We are seeking a highly motivated and seasoned Senior Product Manager to spearhead the strategic vision and execution of our critical risk adjustment product. This role is a unique opportunity to make a significant impact within the value-based care (VBC) landscape, particularly for those with a proven track record in developing and managing data-centric products.
  • • As the Senior Product Manager for Risk Adjustment, you will be instrumental in shaping the future of our platform. This product is a sophisticated fusion of our advanced analytics capabilities and expert medical coding services, meticulously designed to deliver profound financial insights and guarantee the accuracy and compliance of coding practices. You will be the driving force behind its evolution, ensuring it remains a best-in-class solution for our PACE clients.
  • • Your primary responsibility will be to partner closely with our talented design and engineering teams to architect and build the next generation of our risk adjustment platform. This involves translating complex user needs and market opportunities into a clear, actionable product roadmap. You will delve deep into the intricacies of the VBC model, with a specific focus on CMS risk adjustment methodologies, ensuring our product not only meets but anticipates regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
  • • A crucial aspect of this role involves direct engagement with our clients. You will actively seek out and listen to their challenges, identify unmet needs, and meticulously translate these insights into tangible product enhancements and new features. This client-centric approach is vital for ensuring our solutions are not only technically sound but also deeply aligned with the real-world operational realities of PACE programs.
  • • Collaboration is key to success in this position. You will work synergistically across various departments, including customer success, sales, and engineering. This cross-functional teamwork ensures that our products consistently meet evolving market demands, address client feedback effectively, and maintain a competitive edge. You will act as a central hub for information, ensuring alignment and shared understanding across all stakeholders.
  • • To drive accountability and measure success, you will define clear, measurable goals and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for the risk adjustment product. These metrics will not only gauge the impact of our initiatives but also inform strategic prioritization decisions and demonstrate the tangible value our product delivers to clients and the business.
  • • Furthermore, you will be responsible for developing comprehensive and high-quality product documentation, including user stories, functional specifications, and release notes. This ensures clarity and alignment for all cross-functional partners and stakeholders, facilitating smooth development cycles and effective product launches.
  • • The ideal candidate possesses a deep understanding of the healthcare technology landscape, particularly within the VBC space. Experience in a fast-paced startup environment is highly desirable, as it indicates an ability to adapt, innovate, and thrive amidst change. You should be comfortable navigating ambiguity and demonstrating leadership across all phases of the product development lifecycle, from ideation to launch and iteration.
  • • Your ability to translate complex data into actionable insights will be paramount. This includes a strong analytical mindset and the technical proficiency to work with data, including writing SQL queries for data extraction and analysis. Familiarity with medical claims data will be a significant advantage, enabling you to better understand the nuances of healthcare economics and risk stratification.
  • • Ultimately, this role offers a compelling opportunity to shape a product that directly improves the lives of vulnerable seniors by enabling healthcare providers to deliver more effective, efficient, and compliant care. You will be part of a passionate team dedicated to making a real difference in healthcare.
