📋 Description

• Senior Product Manager for Machine Identity at 1Password, driving the roadmap for a critical strategic initiative in Unified Access Management to solve how applications and services authenticate securely without long-lived credentials.
• Own end-to-end product lifecycle including defining and maintaining customer-facing roadmaps, writing PRDs and PRFAQs, prioritizing initiatives, owning OKRs, and bringing customer voice into decisions through research and feedback loops.
• Join a remote-first, high-growth cybersecurity company ($400M+ ARR, Forbes Cloud 100 for four years) focused on building a safe digital future through human-centric security innovation and AI-assisted product development.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and go-to-market teams to shape Machine Identity for developers and enterprises, contribute to cross-company Unified Access strategy, and support executive customer conversations alongside senior PM and PMM colleagues.

🎯 Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in a product management role with a track record of owning features or product areas end-to-end
• Hands-on experience writing PRDs, PRFAQs, or similar product specifications
• Strong customer empathy — demonstrated ability to gather feedback, identify patterns, and translate customer needs into clear, prioritized requirements
• Ability to collaborate effectively across engineering, design, and go-to-market teams
• Comfort operating in a high-growth, fast-moving environment where priorities evolve and clarity needs to be created
