- • We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Product Manager to spearhead the foundational 0→1 development of the voize Management Platform. This is a critical, greenfield initiative designed to transform how care organizations implement, manage, and scale the voize solution across their entire operational landscape. This platform will serve as the central nervous system for our enterprise clients, enabling them to harness the full potential of voize.
- • This role is ideal for individuals who excel in ambiguous environments and possess a strong aptitude for solving complex, multifaceted problems from first principles. Your primary objective will be to leverage voize's expanding data infrastructure to deliver proactive quality management, actionable operational insights, and robust control mechanisms for leadership teams. By doing so, you will ensure voize becomes an indispensable asset not only to frontline staff but also to the administrators and executives responsible for the overall success of care organizations.
- • Your daily responsibilities will be dynamic and challenging, with no two days being the same. You will begin by immersing yourself in the operational realities of care facilities, working directly with management, operations, and quality leaders. This deep dive will enable you to understand the intricacies of organizational workflows and establish yourself as the product expert who bridges the gap between frontline operational needs and executive-level requirements.
- • A significant part of your role will involve building the management platform from the ground up. As this product does not yet exist, you will be instrumental in its creation, defining its architecture and features. This platform will function as the essential control layer, empowering care organizations to optimize their operations and enhance efficiency.
- • You will employ an iterative approach to product development, forming hypotheses about leadership workflows, rigorously validating them through direct user research with stakeholders in care facilities, and identifying the most impactful problems to address. This user-centric methodology ensures that the platform evolves to meet genuine needs.
- • A key focus will be on shipping impactful features that drive tangible business outcomes. This involves defining clear product requirements, establishing meaningful success metrics, and articulating the desired business outcomes. You will be expected to iterate rapidly, learning from each release and continuously refining the product based on user feedback and performance data.
- • Driving platform adoption will be paramount. You will identify and develop features that make leadership teams reliant on voize for their daily operations. This includes running Minimum Viable Product (MVP) pilots, cultivating early users into vocal champions, and strategically scaling successful features while discontinuing those that do not deliver value.
- • Designing for scale and broad impact is crucial. You will architect platform structures that accommodate multiple user roles, sophisticated permission models, and diverse workflows. Furthermore, you will collaborate closely with our Go-to-Market (GTM) teams on pricing and packaging strategies, as the platform's capabilities will unlock new and significant revenue streams for voize.
