• As a Senior Product Manager at Jerry.ai, you will be at the forefront of revolutionizing car ownership by owning and scaling our critical marketplace growth and automation products. These sophisticated systems are the engine that powers Jerry's ability to deliver lightning-fast, exceptionally accurate, and cost-effective insurance quotes to millions of users across America. This role is pivotal to our long-term vision of making car ownership not just manageable, but truly effortless, and these products represent a significant portion of our competitive moat.
• You will lead the entire product lifecycle for either our quoting systems or our automation platforms. This includes spearheading new, high-profile integrations with major insurance carriers, ensuring their seamless implementation, and managing their ongoing performance and evolution. Your strategic decisions will directly influence the growth trajectory of Jerry's marketplace, expanding our reach and deepening our partnerships.
• Collaboration is key. You will work hand-in-hand with our talented engineering teams, dedicated operations specialists, and seasoned insurance domain experts. Together, you will architect and implement enhancements that boost back-end performance, streamline data processing, and elevate the overall customer experience, ensuring every interaction is smooth and efficient.
• A significant aspect of this role involves exploring and implementing innovative ways to leverage Artificial Intelligence and advanced automation. Your mission will be to reduce operational maintenance costs, enhance the resilience and scalability of our systems, and unlock new efficiencies that allow us to serve our users even better.
• You will be instrumental in improving the quality and accuracy of the data that fuels our quoting engine. This involves identifying data gaps, developing strategies for data enrichment, and implementing robust validation processes to ensure the precision of every quote generated.
• Furthermore, you will be tasked with researching and prototyping novel approaches to deliver quoting experiences that are not only faster and smarter but also intuitively easier for our users to navigate.
• This role demands a deep understanding of user needs and market dynamics. You will translate these insights into actionable product roadmaps, prioritizing features that deliver maximum value to both our users and our business objectives.
• You will define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for your product areas, relentlessly analyzing data to identify trends, uncover opportunities for improvement, and measure the success of your initiatives.
• You will act as a product evangelist, effectively communicating your product vision, strategy, and progress to stakeholders across the company, from engineering and marketing to executive leadership.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in management consulting, technical product management, data analytics, or operations within a fast-paced startup environment.
• Demonstrated ability to think like a technologist and a systems thinker, comfortable engaging in technical discussions and translating complex concepts into clear, concise language.
• Proven track record of being data-driven, with a strong ability to dive into data independently to answer critical business questions and drive decision-making.
• Experience owning and optimizing key metrics, with a consistent drive for continuous improvement and a results-oriented mindset.
• A proactive and optimistic attitude, consistently focusing on solutions and possibilities ('how we can') rather than limitations ('if we can').
• Passion for AI, with a demonstrated interest in leveraging AI for automation and a desire to be at the forefront of applying AI at scale for enhanced customer experiences.
