- • Own and define Dave’s MarTech stack including paid channel automation (SEM, Paid Social, Programmatic), attribution, lifecycle marketing, and experimentation infrastructure.
- • Make strategic build-vs-buy decisions, lead vendor selection, RFP processes, and oversee integrations across marketing technology platforms.
- • Lead end-to-end enablement of web growth strategy, including CMS, landing pages, experimentation, web-to-app conversion, and deep-linking infrastructure.
- • Partner with core product teams to streamline registration, onboarding, and the full paid media-to-app customer journey.
- • Act as the connective tissue between Engineering, Data, and Marketing teams to ensure alignment on priorities, clarity of plans, and efficient execution toward business outcomes.
- • Build and maintain experimentation frameworks and infrastructure to rapidly test growth hypotheses across channels, creatives, and landing experiences.
- • Drive best-in-class MarTech and AdTech playbooks while staying ahead of privacy changes, platform policy shifts, and emerging technologies.
- • Translate risks, impacts, and opportunities from evolving privacy regulations and industry changes into clear, actionable guidance for cross-functional teams.
- • Define and own the technical foundation that connects marketing investment to real member outcomes across web and app platforms.
- • Leverage SQL for deep data analysis to surface insights, cut through noise, and drive decisive product decisions; Python or R proficiency is a plus.
- • Apply AI beyond basic use cases to enhance product work — including idea generation, data analysis, and workflow automation — to make teams and leaders more effective.
- • Communicate complex technical and data-driven concepts clearly to C-suite leaders, regulators, and external partners with executive-ready clarity.
- • Balance near-term growth needs with long-term platform health in a highly regulated fintech environment.
- • Maintain technical fluency in iOS tracking and measurement frameworks including SKAdNetwork (SKAN) and related attribution standards.
- • Foster a culture of evidence-based decision-making by institutionalizing experimentation and data-driven product development.
- • Adapt priorities dynamically as business needs evolve while maintaining momentum and delivering durable, scalable systems.
- • Simplify complex ideas to create clarity, align teams around shared problems, and use feedback to refine both thinking and product direction.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years of experience in MarTech and Product Management, preferably in a high-volume B2C technology-driven environment
- • Deep hands-on expertise with analytics and attribution platforms (e.g., AppsFlyer, Braze, Firebase, Google Analytics, Amplitude)
- • Strong command of iOS tracking and measurement frameworks, including SKAdNetwork (SKAN)
- • Proven cross-functional leadership experience aligning Engineering, Data, Marketing, and external partners
- • Expertise in SQL and data analysis; proficiency in Python or R is a plus
- • Fluency in applying AI to real product work beyond basic use cases (e.g., automation, insight generation)
