We are seeking a highly skilled and visionary Senior Product Manager specializing in Measurement & TV Planning to join our dynamic team in New York. This role is pivotal in shaping the future of advertising measurement and planning, driving innovation, and delivering exceptional value to our clients.
  • • As a Senior Product Manager, you will be instrumental in designing and expanding our comprehensive outcomes measurement suite. Your primary focus will be to enhance our capabilities to provide deeper performance insights, enabling clients to understand categorical outcomes such as foot traffic, web conversions, and sales lift. You will also be responsible for developing and refining methodologies for incrementality testing and cross-screen reach and frequency (R&F) analysis, ensuring our clients can accurately assess the impact and efficiency of their advertising campaigns.
  • • A key aspect of your role will involve defining the core Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) that will guide our measurement strategies. You will establish robust data pipelines, design effective reporting structures, and craft compelling customer narratives that clearly articulate the value and insights derived from our measurement solutions. Furthermore, you will take the lead in consolidating various disparate planning capabilities into a cohesive and unified user experience, simplifying complex processes for our clients and internal teams.
  • • Collaboration is at the heart of this role. You will work closely with our Engineering and SSP teams to harness the power of metadata, viewing patterns, and inventory models for sophisticated forecasting. This partnership will ensure our planning tools are predictive and accurate, enabling clients to make informed decisions about their media investments. You will also be a crucial liaison with our Sales, Account Management, and Marketing teams, acting as a subject matter expert to champion our measurement and planning products, ensuring their successful positioning and adoption in the marketplace.
  • • Your responsibilities will extend to conducting in-depth discovery work to identify unmet customer needs and build innovative new products at the intersection of data, measurement, and client requirements. A prime example of such innovation could be the development of a Conversions API, streamlining the tracking and attribution of campaign performance. You will own the entire product lifecycle for these initiatives, from initial discovery and detailed documentation to cross-functional alignment, strategic roadmapping, capacity planning, and ultimately, successful delivery and execution.
  • • This role demands a leader who can guide a team of engineers in building and maintaining cutting-edge TV planning and measurement solutions. You will be responsible for keeping the team focused, organized, and on track for timely product releases, all aligned with the overarching product strategy and roadmap you manage. Your technical proficiency and ability to translate complex technical details and business objectives into a clear, actionable product strategy will be essential.
  • • You will be expected to communicate effectively with Engineering, Product, Partnerships, Marketing, and Sales teams, presenting a well-defined and refined roadmap for your areas of focus. This includes working closely with Engineering to scope, design, develop, quality assurance test, and bug fix new planning and measurement solutions. Embracing automation and AI architectures to drive further innovations and efficiencies will be a key differentiator.
  • • A strong, data-driven mindset coupled with exceptional analytical skills is paramount. You will leverage data to inform product decisions, identify opportunities, and measure success. While a Bachelor's degree is required, a technical or MBA graduate degree is considered a strong plus, reflecting the strategic and analytical nature of this role.
