  • • As a Senior Product Manager, Mobile at Superhuman (now part of Grammarly), you will be at the forefront of shaping the future of communication for millions worldwide. This pivotal role centers on owning and driving the product strategy and roadmap for Grammarly’s mobile experiences, ensuring our mobile applications empower users to communicate with unparalleled confidence and clarity. You will operate at the dynamic intersection of consumer mobile product development and strategic growth, meticulously balancing the delivery of exceptional user value with the unique characteristics and opportunities presented by mobile platforms.
  • • Your core responsibility will be to deeply understand the evolving needs of our mobile users. This involves conducting thorough research, analyzing user behavior, and translating complex insights into clear, actionable product priorities and decisive product strategies. You will be the voice of the mobile user within the organization, advocating for their needs and ensuring their experience is seamless, intuitive, and impactful.
  • • A key aspect of this role is bringing a forward-looking perspective to our mobile strategy. You will stay abreast of the latest market trends, emerging technologies, and the transformative impact of Artificial Intelligence on user expectations and mobile app functionalities. This foresight will enable you to anticipate future needs and position Grammarly's mobile offerings for sustained success and innovation.
  • • Collaboration is paramount. You will work in close partnership with the Desktop product teams to define strategic alignment and identify areas where mobile experiences should intentionally diverge to leverage unique mobile capabilities or address specific user contexts. This ensures a cohesive yet optimized ecosystem across all platforms.
  • • You will own and lead the mobile experimentation strategy, with a laser focus on driving key growth metrics. This includes optimizing user activation, enhancing engagement, improving retention rates, and increasing conversion across our mobile user base. Your ability to design, execute, and analyze A/B tests and other experiments will be critical to iterating and improving the product.
  • • To support these efforts, you will collaborate closely with User Research and Data Science teams. Together, you will shape hypotheses, validate product direction through rigorous testing, and meticulously measure the impact of your initiatives. This data-driven approach ensures that product decisions are informed and effective.
  • • Maintaining strong, collaborative relationships with Go-To-Market (GTM) stakeholders, including Marketing, Sales, and Support, is essential for ensuring successful product launches and the ongoing execution of growth initiatives. Your ability to communicate product vision and value will be key to their success.
  • • As a dedicated advocate for the mobile experience, you will be responsible for communicating progress, key learnings, and the overall impact of mobile initiatives across the entire company. This ensures transparency and alignment, fostering a shared understanding of our mobile strategy and its contributions to Superhuman's broader mission.
  • • This role offers a unique opportunity to influence the direction of a product used by millions, directly impacting how people communicate and express themselves in their daily lives. You will be instrumental in making mobile a strong standalone experience and a vital, integrated component of the broader Superhuman ecosystem, driving significant user value and business growth.
  • • You will be empowered to make strategic decisions, drive product development from conception to launch, and continuously iterate based on user feedback and data. The hybrid working model in Berlin provides a flexible environment, blending focused individual work with collaborative team interactions, fostering innovation and a strong team culture. Your work will directly contribute to Superhuman's mission of unlocking human potential by eliminating busywork and enabling focus on what truly matters.
