  • • Your primary focus will be on delivering consumer-grade clarity and guidance during crucial car ownership moments. This includes addressing the anxiety and confusion that arise when an "engine light" illuminates, unusual noises appear, or scheduled maintenance is due. You will architect the user journey for discovering, diagnosing, and resolving car issues through GarageGuard.
  • • Key areas of ownership include developing and enhancing features such as in-app diagnostics, recall and maintenance alerts, a shop finder tool, repair cost estimation, vehicle value assessment, and a comprehensive digital glovebox for vehicle records.
  • • You will collaborate closely with a high-caliber team of product managers, engineers, data scientists, and design researchers to tackle complex, tangible problems and build features that deliver genuine impact.
  • • Your work will directly influence how millions of drivers perceive and manage car care, playing a pivotal role in Jerry.ai's ambition to become a $10 billion business.
  • • You will be instrumental in driving measurable improvements in user engagement and onboarding across GarageGuard's core functionalities by creating seamless, intuitive, and polished user experiences.
  • • A significant part of your role will involve shipping innovative "0 to 1" features designed to modernize the auto care experience for the average driver, moving beyond incremental improvements to create entirely new solutions.
  • • You will uncover critical opportunities to build and enhance user trust by conducting deep-dive analyses and developing a fundamental understanding of user behavior and pain points.
  • • A key aspect of this role is the thoughtful application of cutting-edge AI technology to make GarageGuard faster, more transparent, and significantly more helpful for users navigating complex automotive issues.
  • • You will be responsible for mapping and optimizing end-to-end user journeys, from initial symptom identification and triage to the final booking of a repair shop, identifying and eliminating moments of confusion, anxiety, or user drop-off.
  • • Your responsibilities will include conducting insightful qualitative and quantitative user research, rapidly prototyping solutions in collaboration with the Design team, and translating research findings into elegant, shippable product features.
  • • You will validate product decisions and iterate on features through rigorous A/B testing and usability studies, ensuring that solutions are effective and user-centric.
  • • You will champion and uphold a high standard for user experience quality, focusing on clarity, speed, and consistency, and will partner with Engineering and Design to instrument, measure, and continuously iterate on product performance.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Product Manager in consumer technology, with a proven track record of delivering impactful products and features.

  • • Strong UI/UX instincts and a deep understanding of user-centered design principles, with the ability to translate complex user needs into elegant and intuitive product solutions.
  • • Proven ability to thrive in ambiguous environments, tackle challenges with innovative thinking, and demonstrate a strong sense of ownership and drive in a fast-paced, high-stakes setting.
  • • Data-driven decision-making capabilities, with a strong analytical mindset and the ability to make informed decisions even with incomplete information, coupled with conviction.
