You will be expected to embrace a data-driven approach, leveraging quantitative and qualitative insights to inform product decisions. Balancing speed and scalability will be crucial; you'll need to ensure that new initiatives are not only launched quickly but are also designed to evolve into durable, enterprise-ready product offerings that can support the demands of our largest customers.
  • • Furthermore, you will play a critical role in aligning go-to-market (GTM), enablement, and sales strategies with your product strategy. This cross-functional collaboration is essential to ensure the business success of new offerings and to maximize their adoption and impact. You will work closely with marketing, sales, and customer success teams to craft compelling narratives, develop effective training materials, and equip our sales force with the knowledge and tools they need to champion new Zip solutions.

You will act as a trusted advisor, ensuring that our product roadmap remains tightly aligned with user needs and evolving market demands. Experience in scaling products and building new products from the ground up (0-to-1) is highly desirable. Excellent written and oral communication skills are essential for effectively engaging with both internal and external stakeholders. 🎯 Requirements

  • • 4 - 8+ years of Product Management experience, with a strong focus on SaaS products.
  • • Proven experience scaling SaaS products in a high-growth environment; experience building products from 0-to-1 is strongly preferred.
  • • Extreme attention to detail and the ability to quickly grasp complex business processes and industry knowledge.
  • • Strong written and oral communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage internal and external stakeholders.
  • • Demonstrated ability to prioritize ruthlessly and make difficult trade-off decisions.
  • • Experience working in a hybrid work model, with the ability to commute to the Toronto office 3 days per week.
