- • Senior Product Manager for Observability & Monitoring at Fivetran, responsible for owning a critical pillar of the Enterprise Platform group that ensures customers can easily understand and trust the performance of their data pipelines—this role directly impacts Fivetran’s mission to make data access as simple and reliable as electricity by enabling transparency, debugging, and optimization at scale.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include owning and evolving the Monitoring & Observability product area (logging, alerting, sync status, latency monitoring, event standardization, external integrations); developing a strategic roadmap focused on Enterprise-grade monitoring needs; partnering with engineering and design to deliver intuitive experiences for monitoring, debugging, and optimizing data syncs; prioritizing investments using revenue-weighted feature usage, customer feedback, support trends, and cross-team alignment; serving as the subject matter expert for observability across Fivetran to champion UX and technical consistency; driving cross-functional alignment and go-to-market readiness for major launches; and staying ahead of trends in developer platforms, data infrastructure, and enterprise tooling with an AI-first mindset.

🎯 Requirements
- • Product management experience in B2B SaaS or platform products
- • Demonstrated success leading technical products with high customer expectations for reliability and observability
- • Strong technical fluency—comfortable working with logs, events, monitoring pipelines, and API-based integrations
- • Proven collaboration skills across Engineering, Design, Support, and GTM
- • Data-informed mindset with experience using both qualitative and quantitative inputs to drive prioritization
- • Ability to execute cross-functionally in a high-growth, fast-paced environment
